“I came by this location to get information on an account for my wife who was leaving another local bank. The parking lot was easy to access with plenty of parking up front as well as handicap parking spots. The drive thru was large enough for my truck to pass as well. When I walked into the building, it had the new building smell...LOL. The interior was new and clean in appearance. The structure had a clean flow to it's organization. I was immediately greeted by a teller who promptly took my name for a meeting with Jacklyn in the back office. She was very informative and I received a pamphlet for my wife. I would recommend a visit to the location to see for yourself.”

I researched it and tried Wells, then Chase, then a Credit Union, it was a nightmare, and then I found PointBank in Flower Mound where we live. “I would just like to acknowledge Ms/Mrs. Antoine for her amazing awareness and customer service skills. I was unaware of my actions appearing suspicious. I was trying to be proactive with another task while getting assistance from her. So she was persistent with asking probing questions to make sure I was really the account owner. I honestly was offended until after I answered the questions correctly and she revealed to me what I was doing that was a red flag. I instantly was embarrassed but very grateful for her awareness because she treated my account as if I was a billionaire and that gave me much reassurance that I am banking with right people. We had a good laugh and of course I apologize but I just want to make it known publicly that Ms/Mrs. Antoine is doing a phenomenal job! P.S. I intentionally didn’t disclose my mistake just in case any scammers are reading the reviews too.”
