“I like this Target for its size, employees, and selection. It's not too big like some Super stores making a shipping trip a little easier without distractions. The employees have always been friendly and helpful. It's the holiday change from Halloween to Thanksgiving and CHRISTMAS!!!! I found the Halloween sale section with fabulous discounts! “I came into the store at 11. Was greeted with, "hola", I returned, hello. Long story short. She is Venezuelan, here 5 months. My broken Spanish and her broken English made for a perfect transaction. Laughter and patients were great. In and out timely with random spanglish. Being open to new interactions is so fun. New friend”

“Great place to go if you're looking for little stocking stuffers or just small gifts. I was able to find toys for my little cousins. Prices are reasonable. I was actually looking for my candy items. I thought five below carried old school candies and even Japanese candy and sodas. I didn't find much of that. As far as customer service goes. I was greeted very nicely when I walk through the door. But that was all the interaction I had. This is a self checkout store.”

“They usually have what I need and are helpful when they aren't too busy.I don't like how they reduced the Total Tech benefits after I was already a member, such as adding a minimum "co-pay" for repairs (during the two year warranty) and limiting it to two items/claims per year. I buy a lot of stuff there and when they did that, it really reduced the value of that warranty for what I pay yearly to be a member.”

“Got an upgrade for my old LG phone...was a good phone..had it 5+ years...got a REVVL6 5G...$170 phone and it reflects the low price...will keep it as long as my patience lasts and then get a good phone... T-Mobile is ok...they don't make these poor phones just sell them...I wouldn't recommend the REVVL6 5G....”

“I popped into the Target at the Lakeway/Bee Cave location to pick up some last minute Valentine’s gifts for my family. As I was about to use the self check out, I remembered I had received a birthday coupon a few days earlier that I wanted to use. I pulled up the email but couldn’t see a barcode. An employee saw me struggling and offered to help. She invited me to her line and called over a manager to assist. Ultimately I was advised how to access the coupon and some other rewards I’d had as well. I was taken a back by the kindness. Outstanding customer care.”

Apparently people just like to run into the back of my car, because it's happened 3 times in the last few years. (For the record, none of these wrecks have been my fault!) I figure a dash cam might be of some value when dealing with the insurance companies.After calling around, I found that Best Buy has the best installation prices for front and rear cameras. Very pleased with the ease of getting the appointment, having the work done, and the lifetime installation warranty. Chris Lopez did a great job, and he was a very patient with all my questions. I definitely recommend this location for your installation needs.”

“Myself and my mother went to this dealer because it was local to my area. I had spoken to one other representative who had helped me plan what to do with my family cellular plan.On Christmas Eve, mid afternoon Kennedy was working by himself and took on the job odd task of doing a phone upgrade and transfer on the same account. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and informative as to where we were at in the process.The transfer took over three hours and of course other customers came in and he helped them but also made sure our ticket was the priority as we were there previously.He was working with Verizon support and it became obvious that this local technician knew far more than the voice in the phone, which after a 2 hour phone call ended in a “transfer to the next level” dropped call. Kennedy still figured it out. I am thankful that there are young people out there that give honest opinions, will work to get the job done, and are charismatic enough to effortlessly make it seem like they enjoy being at their highly underpaid job. This guy deserves more but if you are looking at buying a new phone or need help with your account, this place can help.”
