“I'm moving in this weekend after nine years in my current apartment. ((I HATE MOVING THAT MUCH That I have been overpaying rent just because it sucks))
That said, Megan, Alanna, Michelle, and the crew have been absolutely amazing in helping me get everything set up for my move after all these years!!!
And on top of that... This neighborhood is BEAUTIFUL!!! It seriously feels like a resort and I can't wait to start this next chapter at Amalfi!!!!

“Hailey is the Best. Always smiling and helpful. Maintenance team is prompt with any issues. They are old apartments so stuff happens, the important thing is things get fixed very fast. No major issues to note so far living here.”

“My daughter and I have been here 7 months and are very happy here. The office staff, Mrs Karin and Mrs Tana, are incredible. They are both down to earth, professional, nice and they mind their business but handle their business at the same time. My neighbors are quiet and respectful. I've had a couple of maintenance requests during my stay here and the maintenance men have been prompt, respectful and efficient. The office had an adorable little Halloween party with pizza, drinks and candy for us and this Christmas they had a gift wrapping station and had prizes for the residents. I have zero complaints living here. My daughter rides her bike to the school down the road which at first worried me, but in the mornings Davis Rd has plenty of kids going to school, parents walking them, people exercising and walking their dogs. It's as safe here as anywhere else. This place truly feels like home, it is my peaceful sanctuary. The price is great to be in CCISD, close to shopping, restaurants, gas stations, the beach isn't far. I totally recommend The Shore apartments to anyone. I honestly am in disbelief about all of the bad reviews on here.”
“My experience at FSS was awesome from start to finish. Moving in was fast and easy as well as my move-out day. I needed to exercise their 30day early release with no penalty clause because I got a new job opportunity in Dallas that I could not pass up! The entire office staff was Amazing and as promised I received my refund via check in a timely manner. I will definitely return if I ever find my way back to League City which I love by the way. “I’ve been living here for 4 years and the experience has been awesome!!!! They really take good care of the property. The amenities is always nice and clean ; clubhouse and pool, when something breaks it’s immediately fix you don’t have to wait for days. The staff and maintenance guys are always helpful and friendly. Very quiet and safe! Safety was one of my main concerns and I never had an incident the entire time that I’ve been living here . It’s conveniently located to grocery stores, banks and hospitals. There are several nearby parks in the area as well as schools. I would definitely recommend this as a place to live , whether you’re single or have a family!!!”
