“Thank you for helping after my experience last night.
On April 17th I upgraded my husband's and my phone on the website for locker pickup at 6:23 and 6:28 respectively for locker pickup because by the time I left work and arrived at the location it would be just after they closed. I called at 7:21 to confirm the orders would be ready that evening, I spoke to a gentleman who rushed me off the phone telling me they would be ready.
At 7:26 pm and 7:41 I recieved the emails that my orders where ready for pickup. I arrived at the store just after 8pm excited to pick up my new phones. I was able to retrieve 1 order. While the other showed I had no order available for pickup.
There were still 3 employees in the store. I typed out a message on my phone because I just wanted them to check and make sure the lockers were completely closed on their side and was going to show it to them through the door. I did not expect them to come out and speak to me or even let me in the store as they were closed. I walked up to the door as they were standing right there and they locked the door and walked away telling me no.
I got in my car and proceeded to get on chat with verizon as it was after business hours for a call and wanted to make sure that I would be able to pick up my second order today April 18th. Mean while sitting in my car on chat the employees would not come out of the store until I drove away. Which I did not immediately do as I refuse to text and drive.
I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service. While I understand it was after business hours, they were still unwilling to help with a simple question and/or request. As someone in customer service/sales this was a very disappointing interaction. We shall see if it is rectified today.”
“Kiana is an amazing employee! She helped my fiancé and I switch our plan to a new apartment that already comes with Xfinity and let us keep our promotions active as I am a veteran. She went above and beyond to help us and she took the time and effort to achieve this for us. May God bless you Kiana and the other employees at this XFinity branch.
