“Can't say enough great things about Ski Dock and Sebastian in particular. To say he went above and beyond is simply not enough. We were first time boaters and everything was completely new to us. Sebastian took us out on the water twice and gave the most professional instruction ever. He really prepared us. We picked the boat up this past Friday and on Sunday, we took it out by ourselves for the first time. Everything was perfect and we looked like old pros. Yeah, we were nervous, but just kept hearing Sebastian's reassuring voice in our head. I hope that Ski Dock knows how good he is and rewards him for it. As for Ski Dock, they get high marks as well. We had been to two other dealerships closer to our home. One came in with a low price, but there was no personal touch. No taking you out on the water and preparing you. Just pick it up and drive off. No thanks!!! Ski Dock was just a little above the lowest price but with their personal attention to detail, it was a no-brainer on our part. “Ordered game camera mounts for mounting on trees. Received mounts for poles. SG promptly responded to my email, corrected the order, and sent out the correct ones. When I asked for directions on the return of wrong mounts, they said keep and put to good use. In this day and age, customer service can break you or make you. Slow Glow hit it out of the park. 5 stars is not enough. It's good to know there are still companies who make customer service a priority. You cannot go wrong with SG.”

“I had a return over 30 days old. Had the transaction number from customer service call weeks ago. But credit card in store didn't pull up record like other stores used to. Destiny was the only one working on the VS side...on a Sunday! But was still taking care of customers. Helped me understand I can exchange as they no longer offer store credit. So, I picked replacements for the correct size and without wire (I originally bought a handful to try different sizes for my partner to try on and see what she liked since her old ones were getting tight). The price was coming out to be more than half of what I paid. The manager made a one time exception as she understood the situation and my transaction was the day before Valentine's Day, so, I was in a bit of a bind and rush when I purchased with intention of returning a few. Overall, I'm thankful for their understanding and I was able to get value of current price versus lowest price in the system, so, that helped a little. Thanks Destiny!”

“Came here to shop for some new shoes and was greeted and helped out by the most friendly and well mannered staff I have ever seen in a retail store. I was asked by multiple people if I needed help, even when a young man was already grabbing me my shoes. I tried my shoes on and was happy but I wanted to check the finish line upstairs for pricing. Said I would be back but ended up coming back to Foot Locker since they had the better price. The employee that helped me out remembered me and my shoes and my size that he put back after I left so he was quick to bring them back out. They rang up even cheaper than the tag said they were on the shelf which was awesome. All in all a great visit.”

“Great store if your into sports, found all the jerseys of my favorite Dallas Cowboys and other Fantasy football Heros, such as Kamara, Zeke and Big Ben. Spent a little too much time here, but they had so many potential gift ideas for your average sports fan, staff was nice, and if I was a UT fan this store had every hat imaginable.”
