Rico was efficient while also providing quality service, even though he was the only employee in the store from about 9 am to 1 pm. He made sure we got the best deal and even gave us recommendations on places to visit in Texas as we have just moved to the area from California. Thank you Rico!”
“Stopped by this afternoon as my husband was having an issue with his Samsung Galaxy S25. An associate named Tyler immediately greeted us. He was able to diagnose the problem within a few minutes and had it fixed and we were on our way. Tyler was a very courteous, knowledgeable professional. We highly recommend Tyler and this AT&T location.”
“I visited here the evening of when Att had their massive outage . 2 young men were working. One had just finished his shift at H-E-B and was still wearing a shirt. The other one was the manager. They had already had a long day due to all the Guests that had been calling and coming in upset about not having service. Didn’t stop them from handling my strange issue with courtesy and patience. They went above and beyond, and I appreciate their service and Crickets service in general. It’s always been a pleasure compared to using Verizon and AT&T for years. I don’t have to wait long to get help whenever I call and whenever I visit a store whether it be a Corporate cricket store, or a private owned. It’s obscene how much more affordable and the amazing coverage. I meant to review this visit last week, but it hasn’t slipped my mind how helpful and how grateful I am for the long time it took them to help me they even threw in a Sim card knowing that I couldn’t access my phone for payment it’s incredible. Don’t see much of it these days so thank you! I highly recommend visiting this location for new service and phone purchases.”
