There is an employee building so you can pay a physical attendant if you need to.
They have a car wash and compressed air station here for your convenience also. And of course, the H.E.B. Plus is right next store so grab groceries then gas. This is my kind of efficiency.
This place is pretty busy and I almost wish they would go full on Buc 'ees to service the obvious growing demand.”
“This is my second time using their services. I went for a special cream that is extremely expensive over $2000 ! My first time there was years ago and they worked out for me a coupon and that was so sweet of them.. never another pharmacy has done this for me! This second time my doc sent the prescription to Walgreens and after a month and me calling several times and back and forth from the doc it got denied so I remembered this pharmacy I and hoped they were still open for business and yes they are! The pharmacist even recognized me! Such a great experience always there! The technician got my coupon and again it worked! Only paid $35 like the coupon said instead $2500 Walgreens told me! She filled it right there! I was literally there 10 minutes max! I recommend them so much! This pharmacy it’s there to help you! Go there! You won’t be disappointed!”
“Leigh at the pharmacy in Leander went out of her way to fill a prescription for my son basically at closing after a very negative experience at a different pharmacy. We were from out of town and needing an antibiotic for one of my children right before a holiday. The other pharmacy failed to let us know that they do not take our insurance right before closing until we were at the register ready to pay. At that point most other pharmacies were also closing and it was going to be an hour drive to try to get it filled at another 24 hour pharmacy. Leigh saved us all from that headache which helped us all get the help we needed after a very long day. Thank you sooo much!”

“I always receive the best service from this pharmacy. I’ve called in many times for changes made to my script and the staff always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is updated and ordered and ready to go. Staff at the counter is equally as kind and helpful.”
“The true test of any business is how they respond when there’s a problem with your order, and I can say with certainty, and from first hand experience, that these guys go above and beyond. For example, once my prescription bottle broke during shipping despite being packed in a well padded mailer. The capsules were unaffected so I just transferred them to a different container. I mentioned this in passing the next time I called them to renew my prescription. To compensate me for the inconvenience, they did not charge any shipping fee on that order.
Recently, fedex lost my package. PD Labs is shipping me a replacement with expedited delivery.
What’s really remarkable about them is how prompt they are in responding to their customers, whether it’s a phone call or an email. No waiting 24 hours or receiving automated messages. You always get a human at the other end and one who genuinely cares about your needs.
I wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend PD Labs.”
“I'm not sure why but this location had hardly any customers when I visited it yesterday. I can't recall the last time I was in a Walmart that was as empty as it was. The employees working in the front of the store, at the check out lanes, were literally just standing around talking to each other. I stopped by the vision center which was also empty to see what their selection of frames looked like & learned they don't have hardly any for small faced women. Two or three, in the size I need, to be exact. Due to how slow business was, yesterday was a good day to stop in if you were in a hurry. From parking to check out, it was a breeze. I hope business picks up for them as I'd hate to see this location close down.

“Ms. Taylor (I believe she’s the pharmacist there) was simply lovely, friendly and most importantly, a life saver with the RX I needed filled, but it is under a shortage everywhere in the country! After calling so many pharmacies, she was the kindest compared to the many I’ve talked with this month. I understand shortages aren’t anyone’s fault, but there are a few times I’ve encountered bad customer service, let alone, lack of empathy and kindness during an already frustrating event such as this. Ms. Taylor and her team were prompt and I felt her smile through the phone. Thanks, HEB, for employing her!”

After a very frustrating and discouraging experience at another Walmart Pharmacy location, I walked into the Walmart Pharmacy on 201 Walton Way, Cedar Park, TX, feeling stressed, anxious, and pressed for time due to imminent travel. What I encountered instead was professionalism, empathy, and genuine human care—a complete and refreshing contrast.
From the moment I approached the counter, the atmosphere was welcoming and respectful. I have nothing but high praise and professional accolades for the pharmacy staff at this location. Special recognition goes to the resident pharmacist and the Black pharmacy technician who attended to me. The technician was truly exceptional—compassionate, patient, respectful, and attentive, treating me not as a number, but as a person who genuinely needed help.
The pharmacist went above and beyond, patiently working with my Humana representative to reprocess my vacation exception override, ensuring my prescription could be properly approved, processed, and refilled. There was no rush, no attitude, and no dismissal—just focused problem-solving and sincere concern for my wellbeing.
This duo exemplified what healthcare service should look like: professional, empathetic, and customer-centered. In a situation that could have easily remained unresolved, they took ownership and delivered results with grace and kindness.

“I really like this Walmart. It is cleaner and in order than other Walmart's in the Austin areas. Although the staff and cashiers are nice, I wish the floor people would be more willing to assist shoppers. This is a large Walmart and I know that customers would like to have someone think out of the box and ask if we need help, before we ask for help. This means a lot to me when I want to get in and out. Maybe more training management?”

“I used to be a customer of Integrated Rx, but my insurance changed my specialty pharmacy to Accredo Specialty. Wow! I wish it had not changed! I contacted Accredo 2 weeks ago and still don’t have my prescription! Of course you still have to get insurance approval for any pharmacy, but once Integrated had all my paperwork, refills were SO fast! With Integrated I would get prescription refills delivered overnight or I could go by a pick them up, if I needed. My new pharmacy says refills will be 7-10 days! I will definitely return to Integrated if I get the chance, you guys would call if there were any issues, and you are efficient with your business!

My Dr sent my pain medication to this location and they filled it for me and was very polite when I asked could they get it ready sooner since I had to travel 40 minutes to pick it up. Kudos to them for getting my medication ready in a timely manner. Much appreciated”
