“I don't know what it is about HEB, but sushi is always on point at every location. I mostly come here because I am one of their FAVOR runners. This location is really nice too and big. Staff members are super helpful when I need to find items for an order for a customer.”

I've been coming here since 2018 and have never had any issues with their staff or the food products they sell. One of my favorite things about this store is their sushi stand and pastry area. Both offer a great selection of fresh, delicious, and high-quality products. While there's a competitor right across the street, I prefer the food products at this HEB store. All in all, this store is a fantastic place to shop for all your household needs, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area.”

“My experience with the pharmacists at this location has been very positive. The 2 or 3 I’ve dealt with, especially the one there daily, have been a bright light in a sea of corporate care-less. They are kind and professional and make you feel like you are at a small hometown pharmacy where they actually care. I have had a couple of issues where Walmart has not had medicine available and I have to wait a day or two. Walmart certainly should work on supply issues related to communication with the pharmacy staff; for instance, the staff should never have to say they do not know when a certain medicine will arrive. However, Walmart is pretty good about sending text updates letting you know if there is an issue so that at least you don’t make a wasted trip. And, although this can be frustrating depending on the urgency, just having the pharmacist 1. recognize the issue, 2. show common courtesy and concern that you need the meds, and 3. not wanting to waste your time, goes a very long way. It took a trip to the H‑E‑B pharmacy on Ronald Reagan and the excessively rude pharmacist/staff there to appreciate these - what may seem like basic - gestures and write this review!”
“When my dad got out of the hospital we had to get him a prescription immediately. Unfortunately, he uses the va and nothing every works out with them. After driving around and trying several different pharmacies, we ended up talking to Christopher at Walmart. He went out of his way to help us when no one else would. It was obvious he truly cared even though he didn’t even know us. We were able to get my dad’s prescription by paying out of pocket but with a discounted rate with something Christopher found. We are beyond grateful. Thank you, Christopher.”
“U recently transferred all my prescriptions to Randall's from another pharmacy that was ALWAYS 3 days to 1 week late. Since I started using Randall's Pharmacy, I get my prescriptions on time, never late! Everyone at Randall's is friendly and professional. “Updated: Leslie the pharmacy manager called me to ensure our situation was corrected. It was. This is what I expect from HEB.More than once they can't find our prescriptions ordered on line. We'll just use another pharmacy. Disappointing.”

“Passport photos 5/5.Hope was there and helped me take photos of my 2 and 3 year old. We had lighter/pastel shirts and she recommended that we wear a dark color to contrast the background and offered her pullover for them to wear. Obviously this isn't something a toddler loves so she brought out some Halloween treats and made the experience wonderful. She also knew I didn't like offering sugar and found 2 mini green LED flashlights they could have. Hope was wonderful and if anyone needs passport photos, she's your girl.”

“I received excellent customer service over the phone while confirming if my long list of prescriptions could be filled here - some of which aren't available at regular pharmacies. The first person I spoke to was very kind even when I phrased my question in a confusion way, and then very sweetly connected me with a pharmacist who was also very kind taking time with me to go down the list and confirm that each prescription and the form (ex. pen instead of syringe) were able to be filled there. What a relief to be able to get my medications only 10minutes up the road instead of 35! Thanks LH Pharmacy & Compounding Center staff!”
