“This Lowes I consider to be "my" location. Today, I went to the flooring area to ask if my family room and master bedroom laminate flooring was under warranty. It's been three years, and I thought when I purchased it, Pergo had a guarantee and figured I'd check. The young lady working was as helpful as possible but could not find the sale but was determined to help. She said she would get someone who might be able to help. The second young lady found my sale, she printed sales details, and provided instructions on how to file the claim. The first lady's name was Rheagan, and the second was Valerie. Rheagan and Valerie were over-the-top professional, courteous, and friendly. Both liked their jobs.”

“I'm a newbie, but these were knowledgeable people, They had good advice on tools, projects, and wood choice as well a wide selection of woodworking specialty items. They had a good source of good quality wood and sheet goods, including American and Baltic Birch, as well as various hardwoods. the good stuff, unlike the construction grade ugly plywood at the big box stores. Same goes for hard wood boards; no knot filled, bowed, cupped, and twisted greenwood junk like the big box noodles in the dimensional lumber section there. You get what you pay for so the equipment is definitely on the high end quality and cost-wise (Festool for example). Worth a look”
“Love this store. I could easily spend a $thousand$ in there with no trouble at all! We go often and have never seen any of the behavior mentioned below. The staff is extremely friendly, always willing to help, greeting us when we come and ask us to return as we're leaving. I'm just flabbergasted that the experiences are so night and day. I would commend your staff on their patience with me. Being in a motorized wheelchair, it isn't always easy to clear merchandise on the end caps that I knock off, and I am so needy with things on top shelves. As often as we come, I would think I'd at least get a hint of impatience or irritation. There has never been any sign. They get only compliments from us!”
“I was recently in to return some tools for my company and everything was going smooth. Customer service was more than happy to help. I was told to get the tool that was warranted and bring it to them to exchange it. As I’m walking back to the front an older employee named Jose approached me and started to give me a hard time about the exchange. He stated he worked for customer service and started to ramble on how the tools should be exchanged. Seemed like he just wanted to complain and was trying to take his anger out on my co-workers and I. We found out later he lied about working in customer service and likes to do this often to customers. Thought it was weird but in the end customer service did an amazing job and we were able to get an exchange done. As for José do better and quit harassing customers with lies.”
“Always could find all my hardware supplies at this location. This locations is always stocked and the staff would go out of the way provide any help or guidance you may need. Look for good deals over the Thanksgiving and year end holidays.”
“The shopping experience was very pleasant at this Home Depot. The staff were very helpful and most of everything standard was at this store.
They had amazing clearance items that were unreal; Moen and Kohler faucets that were on sale for 60 - 70% off.
The shelves were stocked and very organized, but the dust was extremely thick on my items. Could not even touch anything without being covered with the typical Home Depot dust. It looks like cement mix dust that is on everything and it is extra thick and atypical compared on other Home Depot stores.
On this night, all the parking lights were out; it felt strange and uncomfortable to be in a parking lot that is totally dark.
Five Stars for me is amazing experience; this was what I expected and definitely met my shopping need and expectations. Please clean up the store to a basic minimum and let's get the power back on in the parking lot please. Thank You”

“I placed an online order. I wanted to just stop on the way home from work, grab my order and go. Sounds too good to be true, right? Well, that's exactly how quick and easy it was! As I was parking, in an Online Order Pickup spot, clearly marked with a highly visible orange sign, I couldn't help but notice a big sign giving a phone number with clear instructions on how to notify the store of our arrival, if we were having difficulty with the app. As I looked at the app to see how to check in, an employee came to my window asking if I was there to pick up my order, and she had it in her hand - I'd already let them know I was in my way. Could not have been easier! This was a great experience! I went back to Home Depot today (three days later) for screws. Going in, I was dreading a long search and a lot of head scratching while I figured out what I needed for the job I had to do, and where to find it. As luck would have it, an employee was in the Fasteners aisle! I showed him what I had, explained that I needed something similar, but longer. He helped me find what I needed, and where the package was marked with the size, so I could more easily find it myself if I have to. Within a minute, I was paying for my purchase. In the short time he helped me, he was very friendly. In the future, I won't be so intimidated about going into Home Depot with my very limited experience in all things...well, Home Depot-ish. You're doing a great job, Home Depot, and I appreciate you!”
“We called this location this afternoon to ask about some specific HVAC duct supplies and the person we spoke to (Conrad? I'm not sure of his name) was awesome. Very helpful and friendly, even knowing he didn't have what we needed. He checked inventory at their Plano store and we went there to make the purchase. It was one of the most helpful interactions I've ever had. The people in the Plano store were very helpful and friendly as well.”

“I went into this location to pick up a few pvc parts to hopefully fix a sprinkler system issue I was having. I walked in not knowing exactly what I needed and was pretty frustrated about the day because I dug up 6+ heads to try to figure out why the zone wasn't working because I had previously fixed 2 separate cracks in the line. It was after 8 o'clock and I had been working on it since 7 am that morning. Needless to say, I was ready for it to be fixed but am not a sprinkler expert so I needed some help. One of the Lowe's employees (Jason) was restocking the sprinkler section down from the pvc and asked if I needed some help. He worked with me through the problem for around 20-30 minutes until we both felt good I had everything I needed to try not just one but a few different options to fix the issue. He was so helpful and I am thankful he was there that night! The issue was fixed the next day in around an hour or two and went way faster solely because of Jason's help/advice.
I know it is funny to say this but it is true. Lowe's and Home Depot are both exactly 10 minutes from my house and I almost always went to Home Depot but now I am going to come to Lowe's and have since this visit in March. I opened a Pro account and have spend probably close to a thousand dollars since that initial visit where Jason helped.

“I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve gone to this Home Depot, but the last time was an exceedingly great experience. The manager on shift, Leila, and the sales associate, Mark N, helped me with an item that I had a lot of questions about. I hated to ask for a manager because I don’t want to be that person, but in this instance, I’m glad I did because Leila was of expeditious and knowledgeable assistance.”

I would like to point out that Lenea exudes so much knowledge, very prompt, friendly, and hard working. Each time I come into the store, she’s very pleasant and helpful with finding things. I’m not sure if she’s a Manager, but having staff like herself helps me to understand why my experience, at Home Depot, is always a positive one.

“Excellent place ! We went to bathe my dog and the washing station is great! It had all the products I needed to bathe my dog, there were towels, soap, shampoo, brushes etc! Everything was in perfect condition, the treatment was excellent on the part of the employees and the price for using the area seems great to me, $9.99 seems super practical to use that area and not have to deal with it in my house!”
