“I am an owner in a local fitness studio called Body Machine Fitness. I recommend all of my clients to Dallas running company because I know they will be taken care of.Over the years I have been to pretty much all of the running stores in the metroplex. They all carry pretty much the same shoes, but the experience can be wildly different from one store or location to another. In my experience, many employees don’t know what they are talking about. It’s as if they aren’t runners or haven’t been trained in anatomy. It ends up being a very inconsistent experience. It used to be where I would recommend that somebody go to such and such store but only see one particular person because they know what they are talking about, but if they are not there, then leave.Here, everyone is thoroughly trained and extremely patient. They will work with you as long as you need to to make sure they get everything perfect for you. I think it’s extremely smart that they start with a 3-D body scan of your foot to understand your anatomy and which shoe manufactures might fit your feet the best as a starting point. I think this removes a lot of guest work out of the equation. Then, they analyze your gait and recommend orthotics (special corrective insoles) if you need them. As an example, recently one particular shoe I really loved from ASICS is no longer made anymore, so I had to find a different shoe that works for me. I spent over an hour in the store trying on different shoes… after I settled on a pair, honestly I still wasn’t sure though if these would work for me. It’s really hard to tell when you’re inside of the store. But I bought them and then did a few workouts. I ended up not liking them and I was able to bring them back and exchange them with no questions asked. To me, that’s amazing.”

The service crew consisting of Thor and Giraffe were prompt, friendly and completed their tasks quickly, competently and with no damage to my home. “Thursday February 8 2024. Just did a fitting with Jay. It was a great experience. Pointed out some things that I needed to overcome and good advice to overcome them. We bounced back and forth a couple of shafts before the right one was finally agreed upon. Been wanting to have my new pxgs fitted and when I had the chance I did it. Glad I did and would recommend jay for the job. Also (average) Joe lol was on hand to observe and help. Again Jay and Joe thank you! Looking forward to my new fitted clubs to arrive. God bless!!”

“I am bias but it had everything I wanted. Loved Virginia she was amazing and treated like family. They carries notonly authntic Jersey butthe actual Game jerseys. I kept asking Virginia for a size 48 all they had was 46. She said that was Zack Martin's Jersey. I said I know but I need it in 48. She said that jersey belongs to Zack Martin. I started arguing with her. Like I do not know whose Jersey it is. She said "NO! THAT IS ZACH MARTIN'S ACTUAL JERSEY. ID HE NEEDED A JERSEY THEY WOULD GIVE HIM THIS JERSEY AND HIA SIZE IS 46. " I apologized and felt stupid. I am a big man. Not fat just big and that Jersey was tight. I can only imagine how tight with equipment on. The Pro shop was great.”

As a fan of both sports, I was thrilled to find everything I needed in one place.The cricket equipment section was well-stocked with everything from bats and balls to pads and helmets. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, offering me advice on which equipment would be best for my skill level and playing style. I play with a bunch of friends up in Seattle where there is VERY limited availability of cricket gear so this was a lovely surprise.What really stood out to me was the incredible selection of soccer jerseys available.
