“I am an owner in a local fitness studio called Body Machine Fitness. I recommend all of my clients to Dallas running company because I know they will be taken care of.Over the years I have been to pretty much all of the running stores in the metroplex. They all carry pretty much the same shoes, but the experience can be wildly different from one store or location to another. In my experience, many employees don’t know what they are talking about. It’s as if they aren’t runners or haven’t been trained in anatomy. It ends up being a very inconsistent experience. It used to be where I would recommend that somebody go to such and such store but only see one particular person because they know what they are talking about, but if they are not there, then leave.Here, everyone is thoroughly trained and extremely patient. They will work with you as long as you need to to make sure they get everything perfect for you. I think it’s extremely smart that they start with a 3-D body scan of your foot to understand your anatomy and which shoe manufactures might fit your feet the best as a starting point. I think this removes a lot of guest work out of the equation. Then, they analyze your gait and recommend orthotics (special corrective insoles) if you need them. As an example, recently one particular shoe I really loved from ASICS is no longer made anymore, so I had to find a different shoe that works for me. I spent over an hour in the store trying on different shoes… after I settled on a pair, honestly I still wasn’t sure though if these would work for me. It’s really hard to tell when you’re inside of the store. But I bought them and then did a few workouts. I ended up not liking them and I was able to bring them back and exchange them with no questions asked. To me, that’s amazing.”

“Was having so much feet pain from having high arches and just unable to walk for longer than 30 minutes without my whole lower body being in pain for days. Tried various inserts of many kinds with no real relief. Began to feel like I would never be able to enjoy a daily walk.Went to the store located in Plato. And I’m so glad I did. My feet already feel much better and apparently it’s only going to get better in the upcoming days. The Salesman Zach R was super friendly and definitely knew his material. He assessed my arches, balance, gait, knees, and quickly brought out my inserts that I’ll be using. He laid out the plan moving forward. He’s the man. Got immediate relief. “9.5.23I had several transactions with two different stores buying 3 pairs of scrubs. However, I primarily delt with the frisco store when it came to ordering the last pair. I came in and returned a different color and style which came out as an even exchange because what I ordered was the same price even though it was a different brand and color. Fast forward 2 weeks my order never came in. I came in to find out what the SNAFU was all about. Apparently the previous manager didn't order my scrubs.KIKI and RHONDA fixed the problem immediately. “Shops have been closing left and right at the Willowbend mall, but I'm relieved that my favorite store, JJill, is still going strong. They have great petite selection that you can try on, and if you can't find your size in the store, they will order it to be delivered to your home or to the store. I rarely pay full price here - only when I see a to-die-for piece- and browse the sale section often. They have classic, simple, and well-made clothes that last many years. While the initial oop price is high, I think they are worth the money. The staff is friendly and helpful too. Tip: if you are over 40 and need some killer jeans, check this place out! I absolutely love their authentic fit jeans.”
