“This place is like that little kid that always talks smack to everyone ONLY because his big brother is something akin to Mike Tyson when he had Iron running in his veins. Wow, I've never seen so many ppl scratch their heads n squint at the same time. What I meant is that this individual store has the only bragging right in a 500mi radius, that they can get you almost anything within 10-20 mins because they are tied into the corporate warehouse right next and behind them!! WHAAAAA!! Like Sammy Jackson says, 'kinda genius'. Yes it is.”

“If you need your Honda vehicle service at Gillman Honda make sure ask for Mario Wade. Mario assisted me with a warranty issue on my Honda Ridgeline. He quickly inspected and ordered the fail headlight assembly on my truck. I was scheduled for a replacement the next morning. Mario was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. I will highly recommend his services for any maintenance or warranty issues with your vehicle. Gillman Honda Express Service crew were awesome as well. The quickly replace my oil. I would definitely be back.”

“I had such a great experience at this location. I called requesting an appt to get my back tires looked at because I couldn’t get them to hold air, thought it might be a sensor issue, NOPE HAD TWO NAILS IN MY TIRES. Anyway, when I called, they said no appointment needed just come and they would look at them. I knew I was pushing it because I called at 5 and they close at 6. And listen, I know if an establishment says “open till 6” that yes they will be open, but if a business is willing to treat you exactly as the first costumer of the day and go the extra mile to ensure you leave driving a SAFER version of what you came in with…that deserves a kudos in my book. I was not rushed, I was helped promptly as I walked in, and they patched my tires in I’d say MAX 15 minutes. I was on my way to hobby lobby to see what new Christmas decor I could add to my collection. I’m so sorry I didn’t take notes of any names. But there were 2 gentlemen that assisted me and I can confidently say I will return! Their costumer service is unmatched, and their patience and willingness to explain the process to someone who knows little to nothing regarding mechanics/tires and not make me feel like a completely idiot! HAHA”

“I have bought several cars throughout the course of my life and it is one of the things I loathe most. I have never interacted with a salesman where I didn't feel like they were a vulture who pretended to have my best interest at heart but in reality they were just playing me to earn a buck. Then you have the negotiating part which is equally as horrible and the financing where everything is an up sale. I never have any desire to interact with people who are not genuine unless I absolutely have too. Two nights ago I was in search of a new truck. I messaged several dealers throughout the day and the particular truck I was looking for wasn't available anywhere but everyone would try to convince me why I wanted something different only because it's what they had available on their lot. At 10:30pm I found something I was interested in and submitted an inquiry. Because it was really late I didn't expect a response until the morning. To my surprise, within a couple of minutes, Carlos Polino text me letting me know that the truck was available and he would love to show it to me the next day. The next morning he followed up and we arranged a time for me to go. My schedule is hectic but I showed up early because I was free, not expecting him to be available. To my surprise he was standing at the front of the store and immediately greeted me. At the young age of 21 he lead with humility and grace. His knowledge of the GMC brand and specific products was very impressive. You could tell that he wasn't just passionate about trucks and cars but he also took a lot of pride and loved his job. He frequently offered water and snacks as we went through the process and at the end of it all we walked away purchasing two vehicles for our family. He introduced us to Steve (management) who was equally as friendly and. had a genuine interest in who we are and what we do. This was hands down the greatest car buying experience I have ever encountered by an amazing team of individuals. I would encourage anyone who's in the market for a new vehicle to go out and visit Carlos.”
