The local neighborhoods should be using this store. The staff is always awesome and there is almost never a wait to have someone assist you.
If I was the owner I would put fliers in the mail, on apartment complex cork board and at nearby restaurants. Nice, clean, convenient location just down the street. A new phone is less that 30 minutes is a record.”

“Your phone breaking and needing a replacement immediately is a pretty stressful situation. I started at T-Mobile (my provider at the time), and after a frustrating experience there, I walked across the parking lot to this AT&T store to see if they could help. Paul was my salesperson, and he was incredibly patient and helpful. What should have been a straightforward process ended up taking much longer than usual (completely my fault), including calls to all three credit bureaus and T-Mobile. Paul never rushed me, never showed frustration, and stayed friendly and kind throughout, when most people probably wouldn’t have.
The other salesperson who was working that evening was also very friendly and supportive, even though I unfortunately didn’t catch his name. Together, they made a stressful situation feel manageable. My phone trade-in went smoothly on their end, and I really appreciated the professionalism and patience from both of them.
This review is specifically for this store and the people who work here, not a general review of AT&T as a provider. If you’re dealing with a phone emergency and need help from real, decent humans, this location is a good place to go.”
