“Brookshires has really good gas, and the price for gas is great right now. Even when it's congested things move along quickly. The regulat attendant is good and friendly, but there are some at times who don't appear to know what they're doing, or they may become overwhelmed by having so many people.”

EXTREMELY IMPRESSED
I'd originally giving them one star wrote a pretty bad review, legitimately. The owner reached out to me and went out of his way to correct the issue that I had. When I went into the store and spoke with the manager she was very polite and understanding. I have to say that I it's completely taken off guard with all of this it is not why I put up a review and it was very unexpected. It is also greatly appreciated. In hindsight, I could have handle the situation differently myself. Just know that if you have any type of issue at this gas station I am assured that given the opportunity both the management team and/or the owner will do everything that they can to correct and/or accommodate any issue you have. And they'll do it with politeness and a smile. Again, I am extremely impressed and appreciative. Thank you!”
“This taco shop takes EBT. I was new to the area, due to my struggle life . I was relocated by God to this place. I am very grateful and thankful for the taco restaurant inside the building. Just be careful with your belongings and children of sketchy and surrounding people.”

You guys are awesome.. sorry to anyone whom has been Inconvinced for the bathrooms. Some people unfortunately put feces all in the bathroom and when that happens we do shut bathrooms down after cleaning them. I won't turn away a child or an elderly.. come see us,goyos tacos are the best. We all are welcoming and friendly and are there to make sure u have everything u need to our best ability. Have a request for something u want that we don't have,tell us and we will do our vest to get the item u want. “My only complaint about this place is that they aren't open longer. It's the best spot for brunch in Longview! Whenever family or friends from out of town visit, this is the place to take them. Delicious mimosas, local coffee, and tasty cocktails. Their avocado toast is consistently amazing, and that's coming from someone who eats a ton of avocado toast. Their outdoor seating area is so cute if the weather is nice, and the inside has fun paintings on the walls that coincide well with their dishes. The service is always nice too, they can keep up with the crowds and still make you feel special. I really appreciate when they bring out water for my dog on days I eat outside. My suggestion: add more vegetarian options to your menu!”

“I Just left here and couldn't say enough about how well the customer service was. There were two Hispanic ladies working and as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a hello, and a smile. When I went to pay for my items one of the ladies came around the corner asking if the phone in her hand was mine we had both just left the restroom. I told her no as it wasn't mine but to know that she was a honest person was a plus. The other woman who rang me up asked if I had a phone number with them and I told her I didnt but still she discounted my drink. Very lovely humans working there. This place also offers a variety of Icee flavors that no one else does. Try the orange dreamcicle! Anyhow great Job Exxon for finding quality employees!”
“Almost ready to take away a star or two. System messing up again (been going on a couple of weeks) & unable to use our fuel points for the discount. Staff tried to help repeatedly but computer(?) issues prevailed. Continued issues with the app & alternate Id # had to be reentered several times. Longview needs a bigger, better kroger!”

“The U-joints in my truck failed and we brought my Dodge 1500 truck in for repairs. The shop was busy and we expected to have it back in a week or so. This place had my truck repaired in just one day, despite having to also replace the driveshaft, and they charged a very reasonable price. I will definitely be bringing my automotive repairs here in the future. A great mechanic is hard to find. THANK YOU FOURTH STREET AUTOMOTIVE!”

“This is a great little town gas station with friendly staff that are always willing to help.What I love is that they have some of the most off the wall item for sale in the store. You will find everything you need from snacks and drinks to crazy hats and a whole big old display of the lottery tickets LOL.The stores kept clean and even a night it is well lit. Never felt unsafe during the day or in the evening.”
