“Update: Went to the physical store the employees were very helpful and able to get me my phone. I was in and out in a couple minutes. Next time I’ll just go in store to buy my products instead of purchasing online and waiting for Verizon to send and email.Original post: Been waiting to get a confirmation to pick up my new phone for over a day. The store doesn’t pick up the phone to answer questions. The call centers keep saying I have to wait. I chose the pick up in store option as it was supposed to be ready after a couple of hours. If it was going to take days I would have just had it shipped.”

“I've been a customer of Verizon for nearly 15 years now. In general, my service has been strong and reliable on countless roads less traveled, global gallivants, and backwoods trails. My experience in store locations has always been more miss than hit. This particular location has never failed to keep me assured that Verizon still appreciates my business somewhere in the process. On my most recent visit, I was looking to upgrade my Pixel 6 to a smaller and lighter Pixel 7a. I like seeing that the trend for cell phones is not strictly bigger and heavier. Manny was helpful and attentive throughout the whole process. Yes, even in the middle of a weekday, there was about a 30 minute wait before I was assisted. But once they get to you, they focus fully on you. I left with my new phone in hand and all of my questions about it answered. Plus, he even eased my concerns about some billing confusion and let me know about a better plan option for future international trips. This is the best Verizon branch in Lubbock that I have found.”
