“Okay so I normally don't ever make reviews about department stores but this particular review has to do with the customer service for Zumiez I ordered a pair of shoes that were shipped to me that were in men's and I ended up having to send them back and get a different size it was very simple and the customer service was absolutely impeccable and understanding and everything was very fast!! So this is a big shout out to customer service and yes the original shoes were purchased in the Lubbock Zumiez”

“Never been there till recently. Loved it in there and I wanna go back soon. To me everything in there is in-between Dollar General and Hobby Lobby. I purchased some clear glass jars with lids on them and also they were Christmasy and I had to have the matching set. Got home and realized I have no use for them and now I'm currently looking for a place to put them. Enjoyed the atmosphere in there and employees were nice and I recommend it to who ever has time to get lost in a store, I do suggest this store”

“Vicky S. at the Dior makeup counter was amazing! She was so patient, kind, and helpful. She did my make up, matched me perfectly for a foundation and showed me the colors for blush, eye shadow, and lipstick that worked well with my complexion. She showed me how to put it on correctly and helped guide me to the products that were right for my skin. She helped me without making me feel pressured and was patient in answering all of my questions. For me, a 34 year old that still puts on make up like a toddler with finger paint, her help was much needed and much appreciated. I will absolutely be going back to her anytime I need more make up and I recommend her to anyone looking for guidance on the right products and colors for your individual skin.”

“I don't see why so many people are complaining, because I LOVE Red Raider Outfitter! I think it's fine that they don't have a fitting room, because most people know what size they are in a normal Comfort Colors T-Shirt. As for the other kinds of clothes, I really don't think it's a big deal to just try on at home--you can usually tell right off the bat whether it's going to fit, or what size you need to exchange it for. Everything they carry for women is so cute, and my boyfriend really likes the Men's shirts. I think they are a great local business, and I've always loved the customer service! Thanks for being an awesome Lubbock business!!!”

“This was my first time in Signature Stag and it was a great experience! I am just a regular dude with no eye for style and a little anxiety in shopping for nicer clothing. The last thing I wanted to do today was go to the mall and try on a bunch of stuff and not really know if any of it looks good together. I walked in and just let the very nice ladies know what I was looking for and they helped pick out a good looking outfit that fit correctly and I was out the door in no time. Thank you so much to the two very kind ladies that helped me out today. I highly recommend signature Stag, they have a great selection of men’s clothing and a lot of neat gift items. Even more importantly they have a great staff. Bonus they are local and they are busy doing and helping in our community.”
