Great customer service in the store. Frustrating because online team did not fix an issue I had called them about. Instead, I have to go into the store. Seems their online team is not as focused on quality customer care as the team in stores. I am giving the in store team 5 stars. Online team would get two stars!

They put me in queue as soon as I walked in I was waited on within 5 minutes. Very friendly professional staff. They We’re unable to assist me due to my husband being the only person on our account. No fault of theirs he was working and I couldn’t get ahold of him! Great atmosphere, clean store.
