“These 5 stars are for the associates I came in contact with on Sunday during tax free weekend. Bernice was super helpful at the register. I asked a specific question and she was able to answer it based on her experience with the same blouse she was wearing. She gave some suggestions that I did not even consider. I also find it very helpful to pay off a balance at the register immediately after checkout and she did not miss a beat. She knew exactly how to help me and stapled the receipt showing the balance was paid with my receipt of purchases. Bernice made me feel important and seen. Thank you, Bernice.”

“I bought a gun here. The staff were super friendly and helpful! They also were not too busy, as most of the large box stores are with long lines and unfriendly staff. The price of the handgun I purchased was also cheaper than anywhere else I have looked. I will definitely be back for more gun/ammo purchases! Also, they are now closed on Sundays.”

“I recently visited this Marshalls location and found a young lady named Araceli very helpful. She was cheerful and was very understanding when I turned down the Marshalls credit card. I heard the cc offer being made to other customers through other associates and they too refused. With personal debt being what it is in this country, why try and convince customers to delve into additional debt? Just a thought.”
“The app was not updated with product availability (app said product was in stock) but an employee was able to let me know that the product was out of stock. This happened with two items. One in electronics and one in grocery.”
“Ive been coming to this location since it opened and I am never disappointed! I have gotten great deals on women's and children's clothing and shoes! I love looking at their glass display items especially handbags! Their inventory is always stocked with a wide variety and prices so low you can't help but indulge! Almost every time I've picked up a clearance item there's been an additional markdown from the ticket price!”

“Wow. This was truly the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Nathan at the Kohl’s Amazon return desk was absolutely amazing. Even though there was a long line and a lot of pressure, he stayed calm, professional, welcoming, and an amazing problem-solver. Even after I messed up my return, he fixed everything in minutes. He made me feel comfortable and respected. Kohl’s should recognize him .
What really stood out was how he treated every customer with kindness—making eye contact, greeting people with “Good evening,” and ending with “Have a good night” and a smile. Even when he had to step away to put boxes aside, he communicated clearly and kindly.
This kind of customer service is rare. Nathan has excellent problem-solving skills, great memory, and a wonderful attitude.

“I stopped by today because my last purchase had been charged to the wrong card, which meant I could not receive the 30% discount linked to the other card. It was most likely caused by a computer issue at the time.
Since the purchase had been made five days earlier, I went in with very low expectations and had almost accepted that I might lose the discount.
I was wrong. Ketna from the AYS department understood the situation immediately and resolved it within minutes, without making the process complicated. She recognized that the way she handled the issue could turn a frustrating situation into a positive customer experience—and that is exactly what she did.

“It's basically the TJ Maxx version (ironically owned by TJ Maxx) of REI but that's not a bad thing. What more could you ask for? REI type gear at lower prices. So what if you're buying last year's gear? You're still paying 1/3 of the prices for the same stuff you'd get at a store like REI.”
“We got my daughters baby shower dress and son in laws shirt from here!! Part was a success and she looked beautiful!!
The only downside was that they didn't have her sandal size (an 8), and several of the shoes were mismatched. Other than that, the selection was great, and we had a wonderful shopping experience.”

“We go here very often and love talking to the workers, especially an older woman with glasses (need to get her name!). Last week, my daughter lost her stuffed lamb in one of the aisles and by the grace of God, a sweet employee found it and we were able to get it back two days later! This is our favorite location and we’re excited for the much needed remodeling”
