We just had issues finding womans winter clothes only to find out they were in the discount area. It's cold outside so we were pleased they still had a limited amount of smalls/med in stock. Need to shop fall for winter. Big Scottie Smile.

“Nice place to visit and find little trinkets and small things like decorated paper to write on and pens, dishes, toys, desktop utensils, organizers, Japanese dish items like food, candy. All the items in the store are made in Japan. Lots of items you wouldn't expect to find or were not looking for, stuffed toys, etc.. New items introduced daily priced very low.”

“I bought a gun here. The staff were super friendly and helpful! They also were not too busy, as most of the large box stores are with long lines and unfriendly staff. The price of the handgun I purchased was also cheaper than anywhere else I have looked. I will definitely be back for more gun/ammo purchases! Also, they are now closed on Sundays.”

“Wow. This was truly the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Nathan at the Kohl’s Amazon return desk was absolutely amazing. Even though there was a long line and a lot of pressure, he stayed calm, professional, welcoming, and an amazing problem-solver. Even after I messed up my return, he fixed everything in minutes. He made me feel comfortable and respected. Kohl’s should recognize him .
What really stood out was how he treated every customer with kindness—making eye contact, greeting people with “Good evening,” and ending with “Have a good night” and a smile. Even when he had to step away to put boxes aside, he communicated clearly and kindly.
This kind of customer service is rare. Nathan has excellent problem-solving skills, great memory, and a wonderful attitude.

“Ive been coming to this location since it opened and I am never disappointed! I have gotten great deals on women's and children's clothing and shoes! I love looking at their glass display items especially handbags! Their inventory is always stocked with a wide variety and prices so low you can't help but indulge! Almost every time I've picked up a clearance item there's been an additional markdown from the ticket price!”
“I come with lists from the app. Everything that is supposed to be in stock is, at the price noted, although sometimes there is little inventory left, and it's in some way damaged. Bent packaging. okay. But seal broken, should be removed from inventory. I do wish that, as a supercenter, they had more multipacks or larger packs of goods available.”

She made us feel welcome to Texas and told us about tons of things to do and some restaurants to check out. I would have given 10 stars.”

“I will always go out of my way for this location because the staff here is so friendly and helpful. I typically can find what I came in for, plus a few goodies. The wait time in line is usually pretty minimal and I have never seen this place too busy. Sometimes when I need a gift but do not know what to get, I come here because I know I will be able to find something, and it is so easy to build gift baskets since they have so many products that match a variety of themes.”
“I don’t come in Belk often but stopped in today as I had some time to kill. In general, I think customer service in retail is severely lacking but lucky for Belk they have Doris on staff! Although I did not need any help while o was shopping I was lucky enough to be checked out by Doris. She was a breath of fresh air! So friendly and courteous and a wonderful representation of what customer service looks like!”
“This was the most picture perfect Walmart I have ever been to, and I have been to a lot of Walmarts across the states, the merchandise manager needs to be promoted to head of merchandising in the company, every product was label forward and pulled to the front. It made me very happy to see people take pride in their work in a society that is ever drifting away from that.”
“This was actually a trip to the gas pumps…. The cashier was super nice and helpful after I dropped my Red Bull…. I did it so I was going to pay. She made sure I got a new fresh one and said don’t worry about it, I will take care of it. Thank you! Cashier with long dark hair approximately 50-60. Didn’t get her name. Dallas area was covered in ice so I got to use my fancy snow setting in my Acura!”

“I love shopping Walmart. It’s affordable. I remember when I saw my first Walmart. It was the year 1970. I was 10 year old. My family traveled to Arkansas during the summer. We pass through Bentonville Arkansas. It was before Walmart went public. In the 90’s I saw Walmart in Shreveport La. I was a single mom. It was affordable. I knew Sam Walton mission. Affordability. His family went shopping in an upscale high store. They were snobbed. Sam Walton was determined to complete with high end stores by making shopping affordable for everyone. I known about Walmart 55 years. I’m 65 now. I’m a loyal customer.”

“Mostly clothing but actually a bit of everything. No real order to the clothing, sizes were all mixed up, nothing was on the right size hanger, lots of one off items,but the prices were incredible. $175 Van tennis shoes for $35. Only 1 in the size we needed, but it was there.
Home decorations, accessories, packaged candy and cookies. In short a bit of everything if you are willing to do some digging and don't want specific items.”

“So it's sad how this store's garden section looks like the Garden of Eden with all the plant opitons, and stores in rural areas look like not even properly stocked. Very sad how Walmart picks and choses to treat different communities of stores differently. We, in rural areas want nice items too guys.”
