“My daughter stopped by to use the ladies room. She was approached by a man who wanted money and was homeless. She offered to get him food and he turned it down and started scaring her. She made it into the store and called me. From that point on I praise the manager. Not only did he let her stay hidden but made her feel safe while he notified the police until the guy was on his way to a warm bed. My sincere gratitude to this gentleman who went beyond for my baby girl.”
“This is a smaller location than most of them. It has a SUBWAY® inside of it though. It smells delicious. It's conveniently located right off the highway with easy on an off. The staff wasn't very friendly here.”

“Great service, friendly staff plus they serve SubWay and Pizza. Although there are 4 gas pump there isn't enough room for more than 2 cars at any given time to get gas. Being outside the city limits on HWY 103E their prices are lower and more reasonable than other stores around Lufkin.”

“Man I put in 700 miles today and got to this pilot and the manager was the coolest man. I just want to thank you for your hospitality and friendliness. The cleanest pilot in Texas is right here and the food from the restaurant Moe's Southwest grill, was right on point. Thank everyone for the hospitality. Other than that I haven't had any problems with them one of the customer service representative ladies went above and beyond to help me.”
