“I was looking thru the cake book when an employee (Elianna)from the bakery came to see if I needed help with anything. I really appreciate that because most times I have to ask for someone to help me. She helped me pick out a cake and did not rush me because I had no idea what I wanted. Great customer service.”
“This Wal-Mart is the cleanest and most well-stocked, too. I drive from East Austin to this location for the best experience ever. There is one person to avoid in weekday mornings though. One greeter is unhappy often. She yelled when I entered the wrong door by mistake. "Can't you read?" she asked. "Yes, and I teach reading, too," I replied "Well, the sign above the door says EXIT." "O, I didn't look up. I will look UP next time." "Whatever!" I realized I upset her. I wished she'd spoken more kindly and remembered I was a loyal customer. Still, this store is the cleanest, most well-stocked, and well-lit. (By LIT I mean the lighting, not in the 420 Austin way.)”

“Can I just say it’s fantastic to have these types of carts available for the elderly and people with disabilities? ?❤️? It made our family’s experience so much easier and more enjoyable! We only saw one available, though, adding a few more would make a big difference for customers who rely on them thank you!!”
