“On February 18th, we visited this location to purchase a phone for my grandson. This was our first time purchasing a phone at a T-Mobile store and received exceptional service by Procopio Guerra. He allowed us the time we needed to decide the color of phone he wanted. He even helped me with some questions on my phone. The following day we went back and were helped by Dominick on a minor issue with the screen protector. He also provided top notch service. In fact, both days we were there any customer service we encountered was very pleasant.”
