“Some years ago I brought another phone here for screen replacement. The work done was excellent but there were some delays and poor communication on their part. IT'S CHANGED FOR THE BETTER. The phone was not a popular model so they had to order the display. They told me it would be about a week. Imagine my surprise when I was called THE NEXT DAY, and informed that the work was completed! The phone is working perfectly. Thank you and great job!”
“This location is great and it’s all because of the manager Eric. He was the only person at a cricket store in the valley out of 12 different stores that actually answered their business phone when I called . He immediately answered my questions and when I got to store he greeted me and got me set up really quickly. He explained everything thoroughly and was a genuinely nice person. He should be training managers at all other cricket stores. Thank you Eric”

“I had a great experience at this T-Mobile store. I was switching 5 lines to T-mobile from another carrier and I was hesitant due to the complicated process of getting rebates, how to pay off my previous phones, etc. The only reason I did it was because of the excellent customer service given by Jesus Castillo at this store. He walked me through the process with great patience, he never looked rushed and he went far and beyond in his service, even helping me when he was off hours and always offering a solution to win my business for T-Mobile. I think this store is lucky to have him and should promote young employees like Jesus.”
