“Koel was phenomenal!! The storms that hit Anna were destructive. I woke up to two areas of my fence completely blown apart. Koel was amazing and went above and beyond service. I walked into the store on the verge of tears, and walked out, completely satisfied, and laughing. They made a bad experience into an east fix. I also needed a drill, and Matthew came right over with a huge smile, offering his assistance. These two guys truly made a difference.”
“Still one of the best options if you cant wait on delivery, want to see the item in person, or discover products you weren't aware of. I came to buy a 3d printer and walked the store looking for the Bambu Labs A1 mini for probably 30 minutes. Showed in stock online but was actually not on the floor. Ended up ordering it on my phone and picked up at the CS desk. Only complaint I had on this visit.”

The crew made sure to verify that I was happy with the proposed wall mount location before they started drilling. When the washer had issues they honored the warranty and brought us a new one no problem. This should be the first store you visit when purchasing appliances for your home.”
