“I've been going here for almost 20 years. I drove up to this business two days ago and before I got out of my car Steve was waiting to help me take out my vacuum cleaner from the trunk! Steve as well as his son are honest , lovely people to deal with. His vacuums he sells are great quality . I would never buy from anyone else and the servicing is easy and convenient. Prices are very reasonable as well.Look no further. People with this kind of integrity are hard to come by. Old school , lovely folks!”

He could have just told me what isle but he took the time to walk me there and give me ideas and advice on how to make the repairs. Plus, having the option to look at products and conveniently return them to obtain a new one on the spot is a huge plus. I've always been a fan of Best Buy and I'm hoping that their customer service never goes down. “I want to personally shout out Victoria in this store. She is the epitome of customer service. I picked an already sold recliner set and didn’t really want any other kind. First she called a few stores looking for it with no luck, then gave me the option to order although I didn’t really want to do that. Finally, she was able to get the set back I had from a different store and get it delivered the next day. I told her I needed a 30 min call ahead so I can leave work, which the delivery drivers did, but it was written in capital letters and highlighted on my agreement as a reminder to them. She was pleasant and accommodating from the time I walked in the store until the final call to set my delivery time. I recommend this store to everyone and anyone.”

“we just moved in to Prosper, TX from Illinois and had bought a Husky Tool chest online and had it delivered. However the chest had a problem wherein the upper chest was locked while the keys were still inside the chest!! Per one of our friend's suggestion we took it to the Plano location and oh boy! those guys were so helpful! There was this tall middle-aged guy who tried all possible means to get the chest opened (hardware, their repository of keys etc. etc. for almost half an hour). When nothing worked, he asked the cashier guy (Avik I think) to check if they have a similar one. they had one display one and they gladly exchanged it for the one we had!!! They could have easily drove us away and could have just returned the whole thing but we were so pleased with the amount of urgency and diligence they showed!!! 5 star guys...keep it up!”
