The electronics displays are kinda weird since they're bolted in place instead of tethered like most places, and then make a loud cry if you try to pick them up to feel the weight distribution (I was curious about a small Macha e-reader and wanted to see its hand feel).”

“After the winter storm I had to return a generator. Let’s say my car was too small and the generator came out way harder than I expected. Chase and Alex helped me and they wasn’t giving up! I mean those generators are heavy and they helped find a solution without complaining. Great customer service here!”
“I want to personally shout out Victoria in this store. She is the epitome of customer service. I picked an already sold recliner set and didn’t really want any other kind. First she called a few stores looking for it with no luck, then gave me the option to order although I didn’t really want to do that. Finally, she was able to get the set back I had from a different store and get it delivered the next day. I told her I needed a 30 min call ahead so I can leave work, which the delivery drivers did, but it was written in capital letters and highlighted on my agreement as a reminder to them. She was pleasant and accommodating from the time I walked in the store until the final call to set my delivery time. I recommend this store to everyone and anyone.”
