“Josh and his Barbecues Galore team in Allen was so helpful and knowledgeable when my wife and I were trying to pick out what we needed for our new backyard entertainment area. Josh listened to our input and advised us on a great setup (grill and griddle) which wasn’t even the most expensive equipment options available. And when it came to a manufacturer’s issue we couldn’t resolve with our new pellet grill Josh proactively stepped up and got everything resolved and working. It is the kind of customer service that will keep us coming back to Josh and Barbeques Galore in Allen, TX!”
“Firehouse is awesome! The gentleman that answered the phone was kind enough to walk me through my options and explain their recommendations for a wood stove that would best fit my needs. These folks will take the time to talk to you and give great recommendations to figure out what will work best. I cannot thank them enough for their care and understanding!”
“Huge shoutout to the Home Depot delivery team! They were incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. They even took the time to switch the dryer door to the other side- which required taking part of the dryer apart- just to make our small laundry room more functional. They absolutely didn’t have to do that, but they did it anyway. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. They deserve a raise!”
“I am very pleased with the recent purchase of my new television, laptop, and soundbar. The quality of the picture on the television is truly remarkable, offering a vibrant and immersive viewing experience. My new laptop for daughter has proven to be incredibly efficient and user-friendly, handling all tasks with ease. Furthermore, the soundbar has significantly enhanced my audio enjoyment, providing rich and clear sound. I am thoroughly satisfied with these additions to my home entertainment setup.”
