“I went in after finding a nail in my tire\. I wasn’t very specific about which tire or where the nail was, so the crew went off the sensors in my truck to find the leak\. They got me taken care of, and I headed home\.
When I parked, I noticed the same nail I had originally seen was still in the tire\. I drove back a little disappointed, thinking I had already paid to have that exact issue fixed\. When I got there, though, they showed me the nail they had actually pulled out\. I showed them the one I was talking about, and it turned out that nail wasn’t even causing a leak\.
They took the time to look into it further and ended up finding another leak from an old puncture\. They fixed that for me as well, completely complimentary\.
What could have easily turned into a frustrating experience ended up being the exact opposite\. I really appreciated them taking the time to figure out what was actually going on, explain everything to me, and make sure I was taken care of\. Great customer service and a crew that genuinely treated me right\.

“My experience at B&N Auto Shop was an absolute lifesaver.
I brought my two-year-old car in to the dealership I bought it from for what I thought was a routine maintenance and alignment fix, but it turned out to be anything but routine with the dealership. The dealership was trying to charge me for damages, vehicle alignment, and a whole load of other items when I came in for my free vehicle maintenance.
B&N provided a second opinion for me when I faced these issues and were able to, not only inform me that the dealership’s quotes for the alleged damages were severely overpriced, but also determine that the dealership lied about all of the damages in the first place.
What would have been $6,000 in fake repairs for damage that doesn't exist at the dealership became $50 of diagnosis at B&N.
Words can’t describe the service they provided to me, in evaluating the quotes from the dealership, in educating me on the prices, and in accurately diagnosing my car when I was being taken advantage of by the dealership.

They were honest and said I just needed a new tire. Most places would try to sell both. 5/5 would definitely come again for everything car related. Saved me $300+ bucks”

“The management of McKinney Oil X-Change has earned our family's business. They serviced my daughter's car last weekend, then a few days later the car had an unrelated problem, overheating. She called the store and the manager came *to her* (in 100-degree heat) to diagnose and help with the problem. They followed up to ensure she and my grandkids were safe, and her car was repaired at a very reasonable rate. I have since brought my SUV here for an oil change and experienced excellent service: friendly and competent at their craft. Their lobby is immaculately clean, free sodas/water/coffee, and the AC is cranking!”
