“I want to take a moment to recognize the wonderful customer service I received at H-E-B from Alisha, the manager, and Dominique.
I went in looking for a seeded watermelon last weekend and noticed there weren’t any more available on the floor. I asked Alisha about it, and she was so kind and attentive in helping me. She asked Dominique for assistance, and Dominique immediately stopped what she was doing to bring one out for me.
I know retail can get extremely busy, and dealing with customers can sometimes be hectic, but I truly appreciated the positive attitudes and willingness to help that both of these ladies showed. Alisha even checked in with me moments later when she saw me in the store to make sure I was taken care of.
I just wanted to take the time to recognize them because their kindness and customer service really stood out to me. Thank you, Alisha and Dominique, for making my experience such a positive one!”
“I called about putting in an order for my daughter’s 14th birthday cake. Lisa Was extremely sweet and very helpful. She was extremely patient waiting for my photos to come through email. Ultimately, she had me text her the photos of the cake to her phone. She was more than accommodating. Market Street is very lucky to have her in the bakery department!”

“I visit this store at least 4 times per week and every store associate is ALWAYS kind and courteous especially Rohit. The very first time I went in the manager Abe generously offered to pay for my drink as I had forgotten my wallet. That made such an impact on my heart that I consider this store before any others in the area when I need a store item or a smile. Keep up the good work. Excellent community resource.??”

The guy running the register today was helping 2–3 people at once like he had three clones behind the counter.
Pure efficiency.”
“They used to be nice to me instead when I start buying something for a friend and his family I went in there. I tried to be so thankful and grateful to a young lady that works there and she was telling me about her family and that I’m always on the phone but when I go in there, she’s always on the phone, but you are customer service. That’s why I say I will never go back there. It’s too much drama at this place thank you. I’m a customer. I can be on my phone. She shouldn’t be on her phone.”
“I filled my car with gas on Wednesday 10-30-2024 with regular gas at $2,37 per gallon. Just in time, a tanker truck was filling the underground tanks. As soon as I finished the price increased to $2.79 per gallon. Lucky me.”

“I was looking for a PRIME drink to grab quick as a little surprise for my daughter and couldn’t find it (they discontinued it there). I asked one person for help & ended up with 3 more trying to track one down for me.
They worked so well together, all trying to support one another “what is it she is looking for? I’ll go track one down!” etc. I tried to tell them not to worry about it, but they wanted to help. Upon realizing they didn’t have any, they tried to help me find a similar replacement.
It was a really positive, upbeat environment and experience. Thank you QT!”

“This store is one that everyone should visit.if you ever get a chance to be able to go and introduce yourself to the man that works the morning shift.his name is ben! He there every morning and I swear he is one of those guys that will do anything for anybody.all around good guy.the store has everything one would need,aways clean.not to mention they help the needy ones (homeless) people by giving them odd jobs to do so that they can eat and drink.”

“In my opinion they make of the best breakfast burritos in mckinney. Knowing how to speak a little bit of Spanish is helpful but not mandatory. Just work your way up to the counter, tell the lady what you want, and then try to keep track of it as it's made because it can get hectic when they're busy. If the line is long, it's a good idea to go ahead and grab a drink and pay out while you're order is prepared”
“This is your typical Murphy Gas station – nothing to write home about but nothing to complain about either. Gas quality is good, location is very convenient, clean place and all the pumps work. As you will see from my video, it’s a small station with a small convenience store in it, but it gets the job done given the amount of traffic it gets.”

“6/21/25 I shopped at this store before during 2022 however they didn’t have much to offer. When i returned after a year n half or 2 i went back and noticed Lone star has partnered with Casey’s Gas Station and started carrying one of my favorite Mountain Dew Flavors we don’t sell in Jacksonville, Florida. Mountain Dew Overdrive. The Parking lot is not bad, the staff inside is pretty decent and one of the guys there was pretty chill and gave me a safe trip message after i left. I will definitely come back again.”

“This was a very nice QT, the team members were very professional and the employee making the hot food was really good and the hot food was made to order which I truly appreciate and enjoyed.
Try the grilled cheese sandwich! Add bacon and jalapeños with a little bit of barbecue sauce and you have yourself an amazing sandwich!!! Highly recommend!! lol”

“I like this Costco gas station because it’s not as crowded as the one in Frisco, but it is a little more difficult to maneuver if you have any large vehicles nearby because the pumps are three on each side with not a lot of passing room”
