I have been here twice and each time Tom was who I went through. Always quick service, always kept me in the loop with what's going on with my car, always took the time to talk to me and answer any questions and help me in any way he can. I would definitely recommend and if you do ask for Tom!

El Dorado Collision was able to reinstall my rear view mirror on my new model vehicle I purchased from the same dealership earlier this year within 5 minutes. I had knocked it off with my head moving around inside my vehicle. The guy sitting closest to the door assisted me. He was so kind and helpful.

They were wonderful! Super fast! Very good communication. And they gave my van back washed and cleaned inside and out. I didn’t expect that at all, it definitely wasn’t clean when I gave it to them. Thank you 🙏
