I was thanked on the way out, which I appreciated, but the overall interaction felt pretty minimal for an “Experience” store. Hoping for a warmer, more engaging customer experience next time.”

“Still one of the best options if you cant wait on delivery, want to see the item in person, or discover products you weren't aware of. I came to buy a 3d printer and walked the store looking for the Bambu Labs A1 mini for probably 30 minutes. Showed in stock online but was actually not on the floor. Ended up ordering it on my phone and picked up at the CS desk. Only complaint I had on this visit.”

“great people work here and they very good experience in the retail industry! its a gas station and food shop. what can you expect but get gas? how about honesty. how about friendly. thank you guys. thank you. thank you. thank you. never judge by skin color or origin. this is america and strangers here prove it everyday.
Some but few bad people came here and try to get products without paying it! We should understand. They have family and they survive by hard work each and everyday!
So we should respect all retail employees for their hard work, service and dedication to our community!

“The exterior and interior looked clean in general. There were only a few small debris on the sales floor. I did not use the restroom, so I don’t leave any comment on it, as I saw some people had complaint with the dirty restroom. The only cashier was at the front desk and busy on the transaction for the customers. He was no smile but gave the greetings to me. Because I bought quite a lot of cans of energy drink, so he especially used the double bags for them. The selection and inventory of the products were very good. Some prepared hot food was available. The Amazon package pick-up is available outside of the convenience store. Good experience at here.”

“I have been coming to this location for over 15 years. The store is consistently clean, coffee station stocked/ wiped down/ fresh coffee ALWAYS. The owner has treated me like a daughter forever. Pumps work. Trash cans outside are never overflowing . The front of the store is clean / no garbage and the doors and glass are clean ALWAYS. This is a neighborhood gem and one that has improved the quality of our neighborhood as long as I can remember. Toki, you are a blessing and your store is a MAJOR benefit to the 7-11 corporation . We NEED you !”
“This station always has a good price on gas, probably because it competes with Walmart across the street, but it's easier in & out than Walmart & right on Lake Forest, big gulps are good too!”

“I’ve heard this store is changing hands, I’m sad because I’ve gotten to know the crew & they are good people. I see bad reviews on the “big African guy”, yeah, he’s got rough edges, but, you gotta kill him with kindness. It’s taken me a year 1/2 to get him to chill with me, but, progress!! I like the crew, the 2 young men I think are current owners sons??? They are very nice & personable, Daniel is cool & Beverly is cool, I don’t know the others names, but I’ve never had an issue with any of them. My biggest gripe right now at this moment is the Dr Pepper on the Freeze machine tastes like lemon lime. Since I walk to the store & love my “Dr Pepper slurpee fix”, I wish they’d fix it. I personally will miss the crew when new owners take over, I hope some crew stays.”
