“I went into the Verizon store with little to no intention of making any purchases today—I simply wanted to find out what my options were. I was fortunate to work with Jay, who went above and beyond to understand what I was looking for and help me find the best option for my situation. He was able to help me get a more affordable monthly plan, an early upgrade, and most importantly, no out-of-pocket cost due today. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and make sure I understood my options rather than simply trying to make a sale. I really appreciated how patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful he was throughout the entire process. I walked in just looking for information and ended up with a solution that worked much better for me AND a new phone. His customer service was outstanding, and I would absolutely recommend working with him if you’re looking for someone who will take the time to actually listen and help.”

“I can’t say enough about the incredible service I received from Iman at Verizon today. After nearly 20 years with AT&T, I was hesitant about making the switch, but Iman made the entire process absolutely seamless. He moved all of my lines over to Verizon, transferred all of our contacts, photos, and data, helped me get money back on our phones, and found additional discounts and savings that I wasn’t even aware were available. What really stood out was his patience, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to making sure everything was taken care of before I left. Switching after 20 years with another carrier could have been a nightmare, but Iman made it incredibly easy. I can’t thank him enough for the level of service I received today. Verizon is lucky to have someone like Iman representing the company. If you’re considering switching to Verizon, ask for Iman—you won’t regret it!”

“Rosie was so helpful and helped me resolve a problem I’ve been dealing with for over 2 months and spent hours on the phone with customer service. My account was set up for my phone lines, but under a separate account for Internet that I wasn’t aware of. I’ve been trying to cancel the Internet since before I received the modem, and customer service just kept saying that there’s no Internet on my account and to ignore the bill because it’s an error in their system. I got a notice from a collection agency today, so I went to the store & Rosie was able to get everything taken care of in about 5 minutes and got confirmation that the bill will be credited and I won’t have to pay for the Internet that I never wanted.”

“Manager Syed made the process easy, made it seem fun and intractable. In a way his service is what I hope to teach to the employees which I manage. He reminds me of the reason I got into my career in the first place. Thank you for the reminder Syed!!”

“Allen store is company owned. Great service. Fast in and out with a knowledgeable staff. Murphy store young man did a great job for only being with company a few months. Only issue was it took forever to get someone to take care of you, as reps were slow. But this store will soon be a indirect store or not a VERIZON company store. So they may have been short staffed or less motivated.”

“My Go-To Target for Quick, Convenient Trips This Target on McDermott is my go-to location when I need something fast and convenient. The store is clean, easy to navigate, and laid out in a way that makes quick trips genuinely quick. Inventory is reliable for everyday essentials, and checkout—especially self-checkout—moves efficiently. Parking is easy, and in-and-out trips are usually hassle-free, which is exactly what I want from a neighborhood Target. Service is straightforward and efficient without being overbearing. Overall, this location consistently delivers on convenience, which is why it’s the one I return to most often.”

“All the workers at all the other targets are really rude and cruel. Don’t even take any time to treat us fairly. They treat us like a liability Instead of the top priority. The workers here very respectful, time giving, and thoughtful. They treat us like we are actual human beings instead of a chore. Especially Levi working in the toy aisle. He always answers the phone, he treats us with the top- most respect, and actually treats us like customers instead of “helpless learners.” He makes us feel welcome, and whenever calling his department he treats us with so much respect and kindness. after experience of calling him twice for the toy department aisle, I realized he was truly one of a kind and actually liked to help others, he makes us feel like he actually wants to help instead of feeling the need to help. When calling him several times, and even just asking for his time to go see if something‘s either in stock or helping in every possible way. He goes out of his way to help others and to go check the toy aisle or whatever department he’s working in to make sure something is there instead of reading the top of his mind for answers. None of the other departments answer my phone call but Levi’s has never missed a call, it’s so fast too. He’s on the go when it comes to helping customers! He is truly amazing and deserves any type of advancement or promotion. Thank you target and please let Levi know about this review as he needs to know he is appreciated.”

“I used to shop at target often 30 years ago. Almost never these days. However,it's a pleasant experience every time I come so,I'm not sure why I don't make it more often. I specifically came today thinking they would have a particular childs toy I had in mind. They didn't,but I found an equally interesting play thing. In addition,I picked up a few items from the grocery isle. I also ran across Shake and Bake! Haven't seen that or cooked with it in decades so I picked up a box. The Targets around me are always clean, pleasant places to shop with nice employees. This is your reminder, especially for this store... Go!”

“The staff at this location is so wonderful. The store is very clean as well. I came in a few years ago while I was having a terrible day. Although I didn’t mention it, the cashier working could probably tell and she ripped apart a bouquet of flowers someone had brought her to give me half. I’ll always remember her kindness.”

“I LOVE this 7/11. It used to be Tigermart. After the change I still love it. It's my neighborhood 7/11. I'm ALWAYS there. My family is always there. They train managers here so sometimes there is a new face but I don't care. I LOVE my 7/11”
