“Rosie was so helpful and helped me resolve a problem I’ve been dealing with for over 2 months and spent hours on the phone with customer service. My account was set up for my phone lines, but under a separate account for Internet that I wasn’t aware of. I’ve been trying to cancel the Internet since before I received the modem, and customer service just kept saying that there’s no Internet on my account and to ignore the bill because it’s an error in their system. I got a notice from a collection agency today, so I went to the store & Rosie was able to get everything taken care of in about 5 minutes and got confirmation that the bill will be credited and I won’t have to pay for the Internet that I never wanted.”

Murphy store young man did a great job for only being with company a few months. Only issue was it took forever to get someone to take care of you, as reps were slow. But this store will soon be a indirect store or not a VERIZON company store. So they may have been short staffed or less motivated.”

“All the workers at all the other targets are really rude and cruel. Don’t even take any time to treat us fairly. They treat us like a liability Instead of the top priority. The workers here very respectful, time giving, and thoughtful. They treat us like we are actual human beings instead of a chore. Especially Levi working in the toy aisle. He always answers the phone, he treats us with the top- most respect, and actually treats us like customers instead of “helpless learners.” He makes us feel welcome, and whenever calling his department he treats us with so much respect and kindness. after experience of calling him twice for the toy department aisle, I realized he was truly one of a kind and actually liked to help others, he makes us feel like he actually wants to help instead of feeling the need to help. When calling him several times, and even just asking for his time to go see if something‘s either in stock or helping in every possible way. He goes out of his way to help others and to go check the toy aisle or whatever department he’s working in to make sure something is there instead of reading the top of his mind for answers. None of the other departments answer my phone call but Levi’s has never missed a call, it’s so fast too. He’s on the go when it comes to helping customers! He is truly amazing and deserves any type of advancement or promotion. Thank you target and please let Levi know about this review as he needs to know he is appreciated.”

He’s such a sweet boy I mean and they usually have everything you need if they don’t they let you know when it’s coming. “I can’t say enough about the incredible service I received from Iman at Verizon today. After nearly 20 years with AT&T, I was hesitant about making the switch, but Iman made the entire process absolutely seamless.
He moved all of my lines over to Verizon, transferred all of our contacts, photos, and data, helped me get money back on our phones, and found additional discounts and savings that I wasn’t even aware were available.
What really stood out was his patience, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to making sure everything was taken care of before I left. Switching after 20 years with another carrier could have been a nightmare, but Iman made it incredibly easy.
