“Definitely a five star hotel but there is no ice in the building you have to order it and it takes an hour to get to your door ??♀️ the service is amazing though everyone is so friendly! Amenities beautiful! Restaurants amazing! Because it is a five-star hotel the fridge is already full of alcohol and treats so you can’t really bring your own stuff there. All the staff are so nice! Even the people at the door will chat with you they are so friendly!”

“My family and I stayed here for a few days and had an amazing experience from start to finish! From the moment our car door was opened and we were offered water before check-in, to the chocolates on our pillows (sometimes more than once a day!), every detail made us feel like royalty.
I work in hospitality, so my standards are high, sometimes unreasonably so, and this stay exceeded every expectation! I know how important reviews are in this industry, and how thankless the work can be, so I want to give a huge shoutout to the incredible team that made our visit more than special.
Thank you to Keith for always greeting us with warmth, and for that next level suit collection! Denise, thank you for your kindness. Lucia and Ricardo, your breakfast service was outstanding. From the pulled-out chairs to the table-side coat rack to the unforgettable French toast, everything was top-notch!
Dinner was just as impressive. Gonzo, Eric, and Chelsey were amazing! I'll be requesting them EVERY time! At one point, Gonzo even removed seafood from a dish after overhearing (without us realizing) that one of us didn't eat it. That level of care and attention to detail is award-worthy.
And a big thank you to Ronny for serving the best carrot cake I've ever had, and I'm a carrot cake connoisseur! Joann and Jas, thank you for overseeing such a smooth and memorable evening.

“Our stay here was so peaceful. We wanted to getaway and relax and The St. Regis Houston was the perfect place for us. Since we arrived after dark, we had a bit of trouble finding the main entrance. I called the hotel and Amanda explained that there was some minor construction going on. She directed us to the temporary main entrance and apologized for the inconvenience. Two minutes later we arrived and were greeted by the friendly valet service. Upon approaching the front desk, Amanda recognized us and welcomed us by name. She definitely set the standard for the rest of our 2-night stay and we were never disappointed. Every staff member from the valet, front desk host, dining team, housekeepers and engineer did their part to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Thank you. ?
FYI- Amanda deserves a promotion and an enormous raise. ??

“They really did an amazing job with the renovation from the previous hotel. The vibe in here is fun and swanky and every detail is perfect. The room was great and had a cute little balcony. Every drink or meal I had in the hotel was good too. My only issue was when the power went out and we had to take our luggage down the stairs!”

“I stayed at the Blossom Hotel Houston Oct. 11th-13th. When you first drive up the valet team was quick to assist me with bags, etc. The staff was so amazing and welcoming. Probably the best customer service I’ve experienced at any hotel. I wish I remembered her name at the front desk. She was so professional and answered any and every question I had. The room was spacious and clean. The staff all over was just friendly and welcoming. I’ll be staying there again on my next trip.”

Gladys checking us is in really did everything to make sure we were prepared and was such a friendly face even when we were tired from a long day of driving.
Silva and Juliette at the daily breakfast were so accommodating. They remembered who I was remembered what I liked and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of (you would’ve thought I was famous with their level of incredible service, memory, and attention to detail).”

“We had the greatest checkin experience with agent Treyla D, she left a lasting impression we arrived early had a red eye flight and when we arrived wasn’t expecting to checkin and Treyla went above and beyond and was able to accommodate us this was our first girls trip to Houston for our birthdays and she definitely made our trip a wonderful one keep up the great job!”

“The hotel is beautiful and well kept. The decor is modern and gives a first class vibe. I enjoyed the availability and cleanliness of the fitness center and the 3rd floor hotel restaurant. I felt safe and secure in this hotel and i appreciate the security system connected to the entrances and the elevators. My only real critique is that the 4th floor roof top pool need furniture and decor upgrades and there is far too much room in the pool area for so much of the space to be empty and unused. There should be more atmosphere around the pool area. There are speakers everywhere around the pool area but no music, no sound at all. I really enjoyed this hotel and my executive king, corner room was perfectly decorated and smelled amazing. I loved the space and the separate sitting area. I will be back.”

“I rated their service high because I wasn't bothered, and nobody entered my room when we left to shop. I got a jacuzzi room, and I'd wished the tub was bigger. It's for like 2 skinny people or one large sized man. Still worked great. Some people who are from small towns or don't get out might think that it's a bad location but 5 stars for me because I found great eats, lock up the boys though because there are strip clubs around. Hotel clients seemed nice and normal. Breakfast had eggs and gravy, which are hard to find. If you lock your car and take normal precautions, I'm sure you will enjoy a stay to hang out near the Galleria”

“I honestly just needed something cheap at the galleria so I could get to my event quickly, I had very low expectations, but the stay was great. The room was clean, the size of a decent one-bedroom apartment. The kitchen had everything for cooking, and the kitchenware was cleaner than at my own house. The bathroom was a little dated but functional. Plently of clean towels, extra pillow, bed was super comfortable, the floor was quiet, I didn’t hear the neighbors. I had similarly low expectations for the included breakfast, but it was great. Plenty of options, including gluten-free. The pool seemed very clean and well-maintained, didn’t have time to use it tho. Smooth check-in, deposit was only $50. I’m planning on coming back next time I need to visit Houston.
Rooms: My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. There were shampoo, soap, shower gel, and conditioner provided.
Safety: There was an inner lock (in addition to the regular lock) that would prevent access to the suite from the outside without my permission. Staff knocked & waited for a response without barging in. Back area (pool + back entrances) is fenced.
Food and drinks: Breakfast was great! 10/10 would eat again”

“Was on a business trip and was not sure about staying here when I first walked thru the door it was really clean and the lady at the desk was helpful and had me in my room in no time. The room itself was laid out really nice and the sheets on the bed had a new feeling. Cold ac was a big plus!! All in all I was pleasantly surprised! Will not hesitate to stay there again.
Rooms: They are big, easy to move around.
Safety: I see cameras and lights outside that makes me feel better about my car.”

Walking distance to great food options for quick lunch or dinner. Hotel lobby is fully equipped with a lovely cafe and helpful staff. Rooftop view on 9th floor is serene as well. “Stayed here for 10 days and it seemed like there’s a lot of ppl who stay here long term as in like renting for months. The front desk was kind of weird. Only speaking to me when my husband was with me. But besides that the rooms were nice. The location is close to a lot of restaurants and things to do. The area can be a bit pricey. But if your wanting a place that will feel homey and not like a hotel I’d recommend here. Didn’t have any noise issues with the people next to us.”
