My belongings have been safe, dry, and well kept in a climate controlled environment. Access is easy, and I always feel safe! Samantha went above and beyond to find us the right units at the right price, taking advantage of promotions. In addition, was very flexible as we didn’t know how many units we would need. Saw over 500 5 star reviews and I thought “how’s that even possible? Over 500 people think some place and someone is so amazing?” Of course I had to find out for myself. I realized why very quickly upon reaching out.
Stacey is so warm, welcoming and kind. Chatting with him always felt like we been family for so long. He cares for the people and is interested in ensuring he gives you the best option at the best price. I must say his consistency at reaching out and his kindness while at it is unmatched. Even when my items didn’t arrive, he still kept reaching out and for that I say thank you Stacey. What’s more interesting is Stacey was already telling another gentleman about me the very next day and how he met this beautiful lady and how he thinks we are a perfect match. Hilarious. Admin better add matchmaker to Stacey’s bio! ??
The beautiful manager lady confirmed it and we all had such a good laugh. He went on saying when I saw him I knew he was gonna be good for you. Mind you, we just met. “I first called the extra space 1-800 number and they were super helpful. I believe Austin was his name. Then when I arrived at the facility I met Cheryl. Cheryl was the kindest human being I know. She helped me look at a couple units and was so knowledgeable and through. She goes above and beyond in her job and we are grateful to learn how to take care of the unit from her.”

Accidentally exceeded my month by a day and was only charged for daily rate (Be aware that the monthly rate will attempt to process!). If I needed storage would definitely use this company again due to the daily rate option after the first month.”
