“Me and my family stayed here awhile ago and here are my HONEST thoughts.
Its not bad. breakfast was good hotel room 301 is very spacious service was nice It was the miss communication that did it for me. It was our checkout day and we needed to take showers so my brother went down and asked for a new set of towels and got told housekeepers are going to send it up 15-20 minutes later still dont have them my sister called down to see what was the status on the towels and got told they should be coming up with them. 15-20 minutes later still dont have the towels At this point im mad so i go down there and got the towels And i tried not to be rude because i know if she put in a request for towels to be sent up then thats in the hands of the housekeepers. but besides that is a good hotel”
“The only reason I'm giving a 4 star review is because the room had no shower curtain and when I tried to call the front desk to let them know, they didn't answer the phone. Other than that, my experience was great.”
“Based on the area and options available this is hotel is in the top 5 if you are visiting. Especially if you have a electric vehicle this hotel has an EV charging station that is free of charge.”

“I stayed here for a few nights and was pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful during check in. The room was clean and housekeeping did a great job each day. The location was convenient for everything I needed. It’s not fancy but it was comfortable and well kept. I’d definitely stay here again.”
“It was great they cleaned the room everyday spacious nice kitchenette big refrigerator toaster microwave coffee maker stovetop ironing board table 2 chairs ice machine downstairs vending machine washer and dryer $2 to wash $2 to dry would definitely go back .the staff was super nice ? and internet was awesome ND elevator works”

“I stayed at dawn. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a very helpful blonde Latina girl. At first, I felt very uncomfortable and insecure because the hotel is being remodeled. When you enter, you feel like you're in a horror movie, but the day everything changes, I was going to leave. to sleep in the car at some rest station but the girl was very kind she made me feel safe the truth is the staff mill de mill of what I can say about the hotel is that it is horrible and is in very bad condition and smells damp and so on but very excellent staff”
“If I could rate this Hotel a negative 10 I would. I had so many problems with this hotel, first you can’t never get them on the phone, the rooms smell of mildew, the sheets have stains on them, you can’t open t the Bathroom door completely without hitting the toilet. I used to stay here before Harvey hit, I was much better then, but now it’s completely jacked up, I will never Grace this Hotel with my presence again.????????”

It's a little run down, but has all the amenities as advertised. Stays quiet most of the time, night and day. Desk clerks are always happy and as helpful as possible.”

Missed the Holiday Inn breakfast room.
Everything needed in the Candlewood store.”
