“Fransisco was so helpful! I had only one working headlight and instead of trying to upsell me 3 he offered to change one and it managed to make the other 2 lights work! Plus, he changed it for me and had to pull out a million things to be able to get to it lol! Thank you Frensesco & O'Reilly that man needs a raise he has good customer service ?!!!!”

“Just have to recognize Manager Jodee and Associate Kelly. These two ladies helped me so much. I had bought parts from a different OReilly but they gave me wrong parts. Drove to New Caney Tire, which is great place to get brakes done or tires, which is across the street from New Caney OReilly. They said I had wrong parts. Went across street and Jodee and Kelly switched out parts for me. They are amazing and deserve to be promoted. The Lord was so good to me also in that he kept me and provided for me.”
