“Harbor Frieght knows what it is, and it's great. They bring affordable tools to the masses for projects, home improvement, car care, and more. I don't need a name brand 5-gallon bucket, for example. If it holds water, it works for me. The longer I spend in this store the more money I spend lol. I love browsing the aisles and always walk out with a bunch of cool stuff I didn't intend to buy. Glad to have them in the neighborhood.”
“Normally a great experience however ask them to confirm that they have a product that you are calling to get a quote on before you go ahead and head there to purchase it I have experienced times where I have asked for a quote and showed up and they did not have the product quoted other than that great place to prospectively and purchase material”
“We get our dog food and chicken feed from tractor supply. I prefer this location because they are friendly and prompt with our orders. Since I'm disabled I order ahead of time in the app ( saves money over time as well) and then go by to pick up the order. They bring the feed out and load it up without any problems. They also have tools and such and I frequently check out their clearance and sale items.”
“So I needed an in-ground sprinkler saturday 8AUG, I stopped at this location. When I walked in there was no one there to help, and looking down right and left there was no sign saying plumbing. So I wandered around until I finally found someone at self checkout, who sent me outside to the garden area (I questioned that location) but Im not familiar with this layout so I went and looked there. Nope, hose sprinklers only. I went back inside down the middle isle and found plumbing ( i also checked the app). Anyway after much searching for the right one without luck, I found an employee, finally, named Chris. He was extremely helpful and stayed with me until we located the correct sprinkler. 4 stars only because it took me AWHILE!!! to find someone to help!!”

“We came to this Home Depot looking for a fridge. While we were there an employee named Zach approached us asking if we needed any help. We asked him a few questions and with so much patience he helped us find a fridge. Once we found the one we wanted, he even took his time to look through the specs and give us information on the fridge and warranty information. He went to grab a machine to take it down from the top and brought it to the front of the store for us. After helping us figure out how to get the warranty added by calling his manager, he and the manager and a couple of other employees helped load it in our truck. We later found out he was the supervisor. I have nothing but great things to say about Zach and his willingness to help a customer. 5 stars to his great customer service!”
