“This place is great! And the helping you to the car is standard... slip em a couple bucks... good place to shop. Clean, cool, and nicely laid out store. All the Produce, the frozen foods, the dairy products... so much to choose from, you name it in a grocery store, they've got it, or something comparable. The employees are fantastic and very helpful as well. Everything you could want in a great shopping experience. Huge parking lot if you're an oversized vehicle/ camper/ trailers.... whatever you got, it will fit.”
“Place is clean to include the bathroom. I prefer this store over any other in the area. Staff have always been nice and the hot meals are great for lunch when I am around and wish for a fast meal that will not break the bank.”

“I was in the Market Basket a few days ago and she isn't a nice person. I go in there and do all my shopping. She is rude to most of her employees and she is rude to customers as well. I go in there hoping that Ms Brenda is there to wait on me and I have talked with other's and we would love to see Ms Brenda back in the Market Basket in Vidor back working there again. Because a lot of the customers are thinking about going to another store to do out shopping. We heard also why Ms Brenda quit. No one is obligated to answer there phone while there off work . Found out it was the main store manager there at the Market Basket in Vidor. And she really needs to go ahead and retire or let her go. That Market Basket has problems keeping employees anyway. You need more people in there that has a good personality and you need to get Ms Brenda back in there. The store manager should apologize to her and realize what she said was wrong. If not I know a lot people that might stop shopping at the Market Basket in Vidor. It all about how you treat customers employees to keep a business running. . I know enough people to have it closed down.”

“Great family owned grocery store. Market basket has several stores in Southeast Texas. They have been in business for a long time. Their prices are a bit higher than Walmart grocery but the service, cleanliness, and quality food make up for the price difference. The staff will stop what they are doing to assist you in your shopping needs. If you're in the area and have never been to a market basket, I recommend that you give them a try.”

“Dollar generals have been popping up everywhere lately mostly in rural areas.. I stopped at this one because it was close by, and nobody else is around the area, and to my amazement, they were well stocked with cheap prices. Definitely change my mind about dollar generals and I plan on continuing to shop there”
“One of the longest standing snocone shacks here, if I recall? They have a fun, wacky, inflatable, arm-waving fan man thing. Drive thru is available. Tons of options. Grateful for the covered awning so folks aren't standing in the blazing sun. Little bit hidden by a couple of local businesses and deep into the parking lot.”

“Great selection. Something for everyone. I bought a queen size mattress today with box spring, frame, and delivery for $600. They have cheaper mattresses that are still really nice, and they have much higher end options. Free parking in back. Delivery available. Friendly staff. No used car salesmen. Would definitely shop there again :)”
