“The only reason its not a 5 star is simply because of thr location. It makes it hard to get in and out of during busy hours. The staff always friendly and nice helpful. Gas never have a problem seems clean buring. Always smells clean inside looks clean as well”

“This is my on the way in and on the way out stopping place pretty much since it’s been here. I travel back and forth from Houston to Frankston/Tyler very often. It’s always clean and everyone is always friendly and acknowledge you when you walk in. Nothing against Exxon, I prefer Shell, BUT I stop and fill up here and grab drinks and snacks to go when heading out. It’s convenient location, not too far off my path.”

“I stopped for gas and to clean the big, Texas-sized bugs off my windshield. The bathrooms were clean and the ladies at the counter were very courteous and helpful. Just a great place to stop!”

“Nice clean place. Not sure when Pilot took them over but nice people ,clean lot clean restrooms. For the drivers parking overnight. Make sure to have locks on the trailer doors. On 07/18/23 while doing my walk around I found that the left door someone had tried to open it. The handle was out of its cradle and pulled out. It was not like that last night when I did my walk around.”

“The manager has a great sense of humor, I used his dumpster after refilling his ice box and he suggested I give him $100 of ice for free. We had a good laugh, and i made a purchase, for change he gave me a 64 silver quarter. A very memorable visit.”

“I don't stop here often, but the few times that I have visited this location, it's been adequate. Sometimes there are lines or slower employees, but generally get in and out relatively quickly. Often times they're gas is a little cheaper than other locations in town, but have to keep your eye on the prices”
“I had an amazing experience with the customer service because of one of the workers there named Sabrina. She was extremely kind and was not afraid to strike up a conversation. I have gone here several times and most of the people were short with me and weren't friendly until I got Sabrina.”

“My vehicle broke down in the parking lot and I had to leave it overnight . when I returned the manager was so helpful and helped me fix it so I didn't have to have it towed to repair shop. He got underneath my car and fixed it. I know if he will go out of his way to do this then I'm sure he is an excellent manager of the store.”

“Very clean restrooms and store. Got a cheeseburger fresh off the grill, fries and a drink. Cheeseburger was stacked with fixing and fries perfectly cooked and Hot. I was shocked at how good it was, and the price was excellent. Considering my meal at a brew pub in Tyler, this was excellent. Never know do you?”
“I come through Palestine alot. I stop at Kim's on Hwy 79 when coming through. I went in to order from the deli and I got the most exceptional customer service by a lady named Alicia Watts I could tell she was new because I've never seen her there before . I can tell you she went above and beyond to give great service and that is much appreciated for me . I do alot of traveling and have to interact with customers myself, it's always nice to see a smiling face and someone who is genuine and knows how to treat people right .
