I was switching 5 lines to T-mobile from another carrier and I was hesitant due to the complicated process of getting rebates, how to pay off my previous phones, etc. The only reason I did it was because of the excellent customer service given by Jesus Castillo at this store. He walked me through the process with great patience, he never looked rushed and he went far and beyond in his service, even helping me when he was off hours and always offering a solution to win my business for T-Mobile. I think this store is lucky to have him and should promote young employees like Jesus.”

I had many questions about what would be the best type of phone for me and one of the managers (Jocelyn) helped me out throughout the whole transaction.
