βThe staff are friendly and welcoming. I am always greeted with Welcome in by counter staff. Any other provisional staff makes it a point to say hello. Overall the customer service provided by the staff at QT is aces high above the rest.β
βQuick Trips have all kinds of food & drink to choose from plus vehicle fuel and so far are always somewhat busy. That makes it less scary & intimidating than smaller scale places that seem aloof because they are empty, employees are playing with phones- if U can find them- talking to friends, and generally not letting customers know it's a safe place to be as no one seems concerned with the safety and needs of their patrons.
Every QT I have visited seems to have emphasized the art of greeting in their employee onboarding & training This is much appreciated as it gives a walk in customer an idea of what to expect and possibly if the store is some place they really want to patronize.β
βBest customer service youβll find. They take time to get to know each customer and every tribe I go they offer discounts when buying bundles. They have a raffle every month, too. For every 59.99 you spend, you get a ticket. I won a nice prize in February.β

They are the top lottery retailer in Tarrant County and have pretty much any scratch ticket you could want.
Plus with the restaurant inside Chuck's, the food cart in front and the newly opened restaurant next door, you'll never go hungry.β

βNew management so a few changes have been made like the store hours, but other than that they are a good confident store especially with the big complex and warehouse surrounding. They have a grill/cook inside and a few nice casino slots.β

βWatch the trash cans when stopping for gas here. The bees will meet you as soon as you open your car door. Just watch when you get out of your car you will be good ?β
βThis gas station has a taqueria located on the inside of the store. They make some of the best tacos I've ever had! The staff here are very polite and courteous. The store is also very clean!β

The pharmacy staff have always been very helpful and I appreciate the notifications of when medications are filled and ready to be picked up.
