Their pricing was more than 50% less than the Volkswagen dealership I normally go to, and the service was also way faster. I will definitely be coming back here in the future and would recommend this shop to others.”

After a nightmare experience at Caliber Collision Center, where they had my car for a whole month and only managed to fix the axle, Dexter was a breath of fresh air. The work cohesively as a team in all types of weather to make sure you get the right parts, installed or tested within their protocols. Battery returns take time and that may become frustrating for some. There is a good reason for that to make sure they don't go broke replacing good batteries when it is not warranted. Paul runs his store well and is very professional. He picks his team well and so that is why the store has such high ratings.”

“This is my fourth or fifth time experiencing the excellence of Ayric and his team at 1st Call. This situation had a real challenge because my Roadtrek was missing the two bottom plastic panels and they no longer make Roadtrek. They tracked down a company that had bought its molds and had to order, the two panels, running board, and battery tray. That was just the beginning because they had no model to copy from so took the time to take a field trip to see an older model Roadtrek to figure out where to get the hardware to install the panels and add the lock to the battery drawer. There was constant photos and communication with me about the ordering, the slow delivery from the company which confused the order so we had to wait another two weeks for an extra part they forgot from the list. They even added some support for the battery tray that had not been there before. I can’t say enough about this excellent company who cares more about your being satisfied than the bottom line. Don’t go anywhere else for bodywork!!”

“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Caliber Collision twice, and both experiences have been exceptional. David Rojas helped me with the first vehicle repair, and he was incredibly professional, warm, and kind. The repairs were flawless, and the whole process was seamless.
More recently, I worked with Greg Bitzer, the general manager. Greg is genuinely one of the kindest, most communicative, and transparent people I’ve ever worked with in the auto repair world. I usually prefer to communicate by email because of my busy work schedule, and Greg made it easy. He took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions, provided detailed updates, and made sure I felt informed and confident every step of the way. It’s clear he truly cares about both the customers and the quality of work being delivered.
I also want to give a shoutout to the front desk staff. I may be mistaken on her name, but I believe it’s Leslie. She keeps everything running smoothly. From the moment you walk in, she greets you with a warm welcome and makes sure every customer is taken care of. She’s also great to chat with, and her professionalism really stands out.
