“I highly recommend New Image for any dent repairs! The customer service that Adam provided is second to none, which was very professional, friendly, and welcoming. Also, pricing is fair and transparent. My wife experienced a dent on the driver side of her car that she’s personally named. The dent appeared to have been caused by another car door. This definitely saddened her to have to look at this blemish every time she got in her car. I googled local dent repair services and New Image was on top of the list and now I know why. “William Blanton. What an awesome GM. This man only lacks a white horse. He is definitely my hero. Was on my way to see sick family when I had an RV emergency. Sunday night, no service guys available and closest truck stop was way too far. First of all he was cleaning his parking lot by hand when I pulled up. Hes the GM but h3 was doing it himself. Then he went out of his way to help me. I'm a business owner .Wish I had more employees like him. 10 stars.”
“I stopped by Bob Tomes collision to have a trim part put on my Ford edge. It turns out it was the wrong part that Ford sent me, but Rodney was up there and he said let me see if I can get this spot out of the one that’s on there. He took it back, polished it up and it looks brand new. I can’t thank Rodney and the good folks at Bob Tomes body shop for going above and beyond. The work cohesively as a team in all types of weather to make sure you get the right parts, installed or tested within their protocols. Battery returns take time and that may become frustrating for some. There is a good reason for that to make sure they don't go broke replacing good batteries when it is not warranted. Paul runs his store well and is very professional. He picks his team well and so that is why the store has such high ratings.”
“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Caliber Collision twice, and both experiences have been exceptional. David Rojas helped me with the first vehicle repair, and he was incredibly professional, warm, and kind. The repairs were flawless, and the whole process was seamless.
More recently, I worked with Greg Bitzer, the general manager. Greg is genuinely one of the kindest, most communicative, and transparent people I’ve ever worked with in the auto repair world. I usually prefer to communicate by email because of my busy work schedule, and Greg made it easy. He took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions, provided detailed updates, and made sure I felt informed and confident every step of the way. It’s clear he truly cares about both the customers and the quality of work being delivered.
I also want to give a shoutout to the front desk staff. I may be mistaken on her name, but I believe it’s Leslie. She keeps everything running smoothly. From the moment you walk in, she greets you with a warm welcome and makes sure every customer is taken care of. She’s also great to chat with, and her professionalism really stands out.
If you ever need collision repairs, I highly recommend this location. Ask for Greg or David. You’ll be in excellent hands.

“I needed to have my elderly mother's 2006 Toyota Avalon car checked for a leak (water collecting in the trunk) before selling it. I was fairly certain it was drained off of the sunroof drain tubing that runs through the trunk quarter-wells. For a very modest inspection fee Mario Lopez and his staff determined the leak was in the tail light housings. Its nice to find smart, efficient and honest car body repair shops like Premier Collision Center in Richardson.”
