Also, the staff is always awesome and I usually go on Saturday nights when the crowds at the outlet mall are minimal. I also love the reflective Hurley logo they have on most of their current line up.”

Being frugal, first I check the clearance section and I find most of the things I want in around $15, that I end up buying more. They have a pretty generous return policy which makes shopping stress free. They also have plenty of fitting rooms.”

“I got too fat and the zipper on my Rock Revival shorts packed up and left! I met with Louise and she was very communicative and went over the process and timeline for getting a new zipper sewed on. The new zipper looks great but I'll need to lose weight before trying them on again.
As someone who's worked in customer service for almost 20 years, I can tell y'all that this was top notch service. Now if only I could stop eating Tiff's Treats :/”
