“The customer service at this location (Round Rock) is on another level, superb. I don't know much about boots, I walked into the store, and I was greeted by a smiling face. Roman answered all of my questions. He wasn't pushy or forceful. He patiently worked with me, helping me find a great pair of boots. I walked out with 2 pairs. I will be returning.

Travis was able to expertly reshape and balance my hat changing it into a great hat. After seeing his workmanship I immediately bought a Resistol for Travis to personalize for me and it turned out amazing.

BOOTS If you’re sick and tired of second rate customer service you might want to shop for your boots and cowboy hats at this Cavenders on Burnet in Austin. It’s a bit of a haul for me, however, worth the miles. Here’s why. … the professional customer service I received from Josh was exceptional. I must’ve tried on five or six boots before finding the pair that fit well and suited me. Josh was attentive, patient, and genuinely concerned that I was a satisfied customer. The staff is Texas friendly and respectful. I most highly recommend this store for its staff and selection of men’s and women’s western and work wear.”

“I got too fat and the zipper on my Rock Revival shorts packed up and left! I met with Louise and she was very communicative and went over the process and timeline for getting a new zipper sewed on. The new zipper looks great but I'll need to lose weight before trying them on again.
As someone who's worked in customer service for almost 20 years, I can tell y'all that this was top notch service. Now if only I could stop eating Tiff's Treats :/”
