“I had an issue in-store while making an Amazon return on 10/25/26. The young man working Amazon returns wasn’t paying much attention to his task at hand and had a “nothing I can do now” attitude. I’m not one to seek a manager but I didn’t want to lose my $50 so I found myself asking for help at the front of the store after experiencing a lack of care at the Amazon returns counter. I’m not sure if Jacob is a manager but from the start he had that “let’s find a solution” disposition one hopes leadership has. He carefully listened to my concern and didn’t hesitate to go above and beyond to solve the problem. I didn’t have to repeat myself. He understood the situation and acted on it immediately. Jacob was extremely helpful and I am very grateful he was able to resolve the issue with a smile. He is the kind of asset you want working for your company. Because of Jacob’s customer-centric approach, I left being an incredibly satisfied customer. His exceptional customer service, on top of the great clothing deals I found the same day, are what keep me coming back to Kohl’s.”

“Just discovered this location today and had the best experience! Daniel could not have been more helpful as I shopped the well stocked sales racks! He took the items to a nearby spot as my arms got full and answered questions about some of the items with kindness, eagerness, and patience. They have billabong, O’Neill, Pacsun, Patagonia, Northface, and their own brands for two dollars, five dollars, and $10. At the front, Brandon rang me up and carefully folded my items while chatting with friendly conversation the entire time. I did not know this was the only Tyler that has Items on sale. “Impressed. As a well traveled shopper, I appreciate excellent craftsmanship and was not disappointed by the designs, quality of leather, and creative touches of the boots. Walking to the men hats section, found a good selection of hats but what stopped me on my tracks as I looked through the premium models was Rick preparing a hat for customers, a couple. He was lazer focused as if time had paused, very calmly and respectful brushing the hat, courteous and attentive. It seems to be a trademark for the male staff in that store given the reviews here and my own experience. I am glad I stopped by on my trip. Would recommend.”

“I went a little over a week ago. I've worn jockey bras for literally decades. And so when my favorite bra was no longer available I knew I needed to go in and see what would be comparable. That's when I met Whitney who was amazing. She brought multiple bras to the try on room and we decided on two bras that were different styles to see which one I would like better. She did confirm that they had 100% satisfaction. After the first wearing of one of the styles, I knew that was not for me. And this is where I met Crystal. Whenever I went back to return it. At first there was some confusion on exchanging them, but Whitney is a rockstar and was able to help Crystal and myself figure it out. I will continue to be a loyal Jockey customer especially because of these two!”
