“Passport was renewed without any problems. I want to shout out Kimberly for being so kind and detailed. She made sure all my forms were completed and was a great photographer for my passport picture. They even had collective stamps which were neat. Again, thank you for being so kind. It made my day!!”
“UPDATE: My Christmas card was delivered to my grandson Feb. 22nd, about two months after it was mailed. My faith in the USPS was restored. Make sure to fill out Missing Mail, so they can try to locate mail when it is delayed or lost.
I took a Christmas card on Dec. 24th with two gift cards for my grandson in Arizona. I asked if it would be more secure to mail the gift cards by using a Certified Mail Receipt. I was led to believe it would be tracked, and I paid an extra $6.37. At first it tracked the letter and said it was in transit, and should arrive Dec. 29th. Later it said it was in transit, and would arrive late. After16 days of being in transit, I reported it as missing mail. It has still not arrived, and that makes me feel that a post office employee took it, since it had to be signed for and was NEVER delivered. I will NEVER trust the post office again. Next time I will use FEDEX. The people in this Post Office are extremely nice, and helpful. The letter probably left the Round Rock facility, but who drove the mail to the next facility might be the problem, or if it made it to another facility, someone must have taken it there. This complaint is about my letter that was never received, not about this particular Post Office in Round Rock.”
“I went in to complete a change-of-address in-person identity proofing, and even though it sounded like a drag, the place ended up being such a cute hidden gem. The clerk was super friendly, and I couldn’t believe the building was from the 1800s!
If you’re already out running errands, you should definitely stop by, it’s well worth your time ?”
“I’m honestly surprised by all the bad reviews this place has. The staff has always been so nice and helpful whenever I’ve gone in to mail stuff out or pick up keys. This is hands down the best USPS I’ve ever been to.”

“Today we got passport photos and applications done. Nicole could not have been more amazing. She was very kind, diligent, knowledgable and quick. Completing a task that is widely considered to be mundane and frustrating, our experience was anything but that. Nicole made an extremely positive impact on our day.
I also drop packages off here on a semi-routine basis. I've always found the entire staff here to be friendly, helpful and fast.
