The people that work here: Aisar, Kay and Alex are incredibly diligent, kind, friendly, knowledgeablea and patient and have an amazing sense of humor on top of that. These are only a few of the great characteristics to describe them. Aisar will take his time and walk you through step by step what's wrong with your vehicle and everything he's inspecting. “I can't say enough positive things about these guys. I struck something on 35 the other night that dented to rim and blew out the tire. I went here because of all the positive reviews. I brought my wheel in to get looked at for repair and not only got told they couldn't repair it because it was too damaged but that no one should because the damage was too great. While my heart sunk, I was so appreciative of their honesty and concern for my safety. I didn't know what to do next. These wheels are over $1k each and I didn't know what to do other than go back to the dealer and try to order a new one. But then, they said they'd look to see if they could find me another wheel. And sure enough, they found a refurbished one at less than half the price and it arrived before 9 am the following day! Talk about customer service! Thanks to them I only had to drive around on the spare for a day and now I'm all fixed back up and good as new. A++. Thanks guys!”

“Before going out of town, I saw a bubble on my tire that needed attention. Jorge was able to diagnose the issue as well as determine my other tires were in need of replacement (I knew they were old, but he demonstrated the tread depth and was able to determine the age of them also). He showed all the various options that were available, and surprisingly was able to get all tires replaced and back on the road in about half an hour. I was floored by how quick and knowledgeable and kind everyone at Discount (but especially Jorge) was - thank you so much for saving the day!”

“This place saved the day! I was shopping at ACR right across the street, and when I came back to my car, I noticed my back left tire was totally flat. Filled with dread, I figured I would have to leave my truck bed full of art supplies in the lot overnight, take an uber home, and maybe tow my truck somewhere the next day?! I was SO lucky to realize that A-1 was close enough for me to slowly roll over to, right before closing time.When I got there, they were gracious, helpful, and friendly, and even stayed open a little late to patch my tire. (Actually, TWO tires - they noticed that I had picked up nails/screws in the front right as well.) It only took a few minutes and it was about $35 - a great value, and SUCH a relief compared to my worst case scenario. I am forever grateful!”
