“I can't speak to Raw Wheels & Tires' actual tire service because I wasn't even a customer—but I can absolutely speak to their customer service. I got a flat tire on my fat-tire e-bike about a mile and a half from home and happened to be near their South Congress location. I pushed my bike over and asked if I could pay to have the tire inflated, hoping it would hold air long enough for me to make it home. Deanna wouldn't even let me pay. She had me roll the bike into the garage and tried inflating the tire, but unfortunately the leak was too severe. When I asked if I could lock my bike outside while I got a ride home so I could come back for it, she insisted I leave it safely inside their garage instead. When I returned a short time later, she greeted me warmly and made sure I was able to get my bike loaded into my vehicle. It's rare to find people who go out of their way to help someone who isn't even a paying customer. If they treat non-customers this well, I have every reason to believe their actual customers receive outstanding service. Thank you, Deanna, for your kindness—it turned a frustrating situation into a reminder that there are still genuinely good people out there. I'll definitely be back when my car is ready for new tires.”

5303 Cameron Rd, Austin TX 78723
“I want to highlight something specific about my experience at Cameron’s Tires. About a month ago, I thought I had a nail in my tire, so I left the car with them for what I assumed would be a replacement. When I picked it up, the owner told me it actually wasn’t punctured after all — no replacement needed. He easily could have just sold me a new tire anyway and I never would’ve known. Instead, he was honest, even though it meant less business for him that day. That kind of integrity is hard to find…if you’re in Austin and need tire work, please give them your business.”

“Been doing business with these guys for about four years now. They’ve helped me out with a multitude of things like tires, wheels, off-road accessories, batteries and even helped me with the restoration of my ’79 Bronco. I’ve moved a little farther away since I first started doing business with them, but I still find myself coming back anytime I need something that falls into their wheelhouse. Good people who know what they’re doing are hard to find these days, especially around Austin, so when you find a shop you trust, you stick with them. Over the years I’ve gotten to know the guys there pretty well and consider them friends now. Good people, easy to deal with, and they know their stuff. Definitely recommend them”

“Came in originally for a balancing job, thinking that was causing a vibration I've been feeling. They were honest and clever — instead of just balancing it and sending me off, they told me there's no way the irregular wear I have could be caused by a balancing issue alone, and recommended I get a proper mechanic's check instead. Really appreciated the honesty over an easy sale.”

“I recommend Ken with no reservations. Excellent welder. My Panamera wasn’t driving quite “right.” My mechanic suspected this was related to some dents he saw on my wheels. Reached out to German Auto, who recommended Ken.Called on a Wednesday, scheduled for Thursday, picked it up on Friday, just in time for a road trip.Car drives nice and smooth like it’s supposed to, and for a great price. If you need your wheels replaced in Austin, go here.Final comment. Maybe I’m old school, but I quite liked Ken’s company and demeanor. We stood around for 30m after my car was done talking fast cars and old times. He didn’t waste a lot of time on the phone when we scheduled, and I think as a solo business owner, he juggles a lot of balls to turn around jobs quickly. This guy’s cool, trust.”

They got us in and out in 10 minutes, the used tire we purchased looked new. So, I went back 2 day's later to get another on the other side and same great service!Very happy customers”

“Went to Discount Tire for a set of Defender2s. Cody honored the price they had quoted me earlier that had expired. No surprise fees, No runaround. Tires were ready when promised and the whole visit was quick and painless. It's rare to get that kind of straightforward, no-hassle service these days anywhere and it's why discount tire has been my tire store since 1998. It's true this location is busy but it's also simple and Ez”

“I chose Youngblood not only because they are close to where I live, but also because the early hours they have on Saturdays. They install tires that are brought in by a 3rd party (for a cost) but it's reasonable and they take care of the customer. The communication with me was top notch and let me know what was going on. I would definitely recommend the location in Round Rock.”

“EDIT BELOW: I didn’t think I’d be writing 2 reviews in one day. Blown tire - Straightforward prices, straightforward salt of the earth people. These guys have been amazing. As a 5 foot tall woman I always worry that I’m going to be taking advantage of, but I can assure you that I felt completely taken care of and welcomed. I called about 10-15 tire shops, including the big name brands, and no one has a price that is going to be similar to the shop. Prices were straightforward. Nothing hidden. I felt so taken care of that I also got my tire patched and brought it back to get it balanced all within the same hour of getting the replacement tire when mine blew out I will only be coming here now! Car wouldn’t start - After they fixed my blow tire and patched another one of my tires, which by the way was always within 15 or for 20 minutes, I went to go start my car to leave and my car wouldn’t start. They brought out a battery to try to jump it that didn’t work. MC brought his truck over to jump it using his truck and that didn’t work. He called a mechanic and the mechanic came over within 30 minutes. He took a look and found out that my starter wasn’t working and said that if I could go get the part, he would fix it right then and there. At this point it’s almost 2 PM. It takes a while to remove a starter because you need to bring it into the store as part of their core. He was able to do it within an hour. I brought back the part and he got me out of there by 4 PM. They were the kindest made sure that I was safe and taken care of.”
