“I don't typically do reviews when a company does the job it is supposed to do, after all, that's what they were paid to do. I will review something that is particularly bad to try to warn others but I rarely post anything good because it seems so rare these days. I'm happy to say I actually found a car repair shop that is a quantum leap above others I've dealt with in the past. This place is Fix N Go on Central Expressway in Plano. I have a 2017 Toyota 4Runner that I'd managed to convince myself needed new shocks. Dealership wants a fortune naturally and when I mentioned I was looking into having my shocks replaced and needed to find some place that was decent a friend turned me to Fix N Go. I used my lunch hour to bring the 4Runner in for an estimate and was floored when I was told that there wasn't anything wrong with my shocks and to save my money. They even refused to let me pay for the time and effort they put into doing the estimate. They could have easily gone "Sure thing sir, we'll replace your shocks for X dollars" and hosed me but didn't. This treatment means they now have a customer who will come back when I need things done as they are honest, honorable people. They're prices are pretty darn good to. They want 1/3 of what the dealership wants for an oil change with full synthetic oil. I've already sent them two coworkers who have had less than stellar results with their dealerships trying to up sell them on things they really don't need (both are women). Anyway, I really wanted to let people know that there are still honorable shops out there. Oh, and it is veteran owned and operated which was the deal clincher for giving them a try. I trust my friend but being able to go with a fellow vet was really nice.”

I was tired of getting ripped off by the dealer so a friend recommended me Blair automotive as I found an oil leak. Tyger and Jason were fantastic. Know very well about BMWs and explained me what was wrong and let me know that my car was in great hands. Great pricing on the fix and kept me up to date every day if anything happened.
