Greeted so graciously by Zack who offered to help and also offered cold bottled water on this very hot day. Alex took care of my transactions so professionally and with a great amount of discretion. Counting out the cash was done correctly and extra care was taken to not count too loudly. I can't begin to tell you how rare this is in any banking environment but this level of professionalism, customer service and appropriately dressed (dress slacks,shirt and ties) is the ONLY thing that separates Frost from any others. I wish Frost would consider Alex and Zach for training and continuity in all their employees and branches. No customer would ever be unsatisfied!”
