The gentleman made sure the car was in perfect running condition before he handed me the keys. Upon return he was quick to get the car checked in. Uber was also quick to pick me up from this location to take me to the airport.I would rent from here again if the airport was sold out.”

“We rented a car from this site for about a month. They didn’t have a small vehicle available due to the holiday, so they rented us a medium SUV but charged the rate for a small car. They informed us that we could change the car at any time; we just needed to call to see if the desired vehicle was available. The manager is very flexible.
The return process was a breeze, taking only about 10 minutes. The manager clearly stated our balance due and handed us a card with their contact information, should we have any queries about the charges. It was a convenient and comfortable experience, making the end of our trip stress-free.”
“I’ve rented here multiple times and the customer service is always great. The cars are ready to go at my appointment time and always clean. “The staff behavior was friendly and professional. I got the great deal with Costco Travel and glad that bought toll package to drive worry free as Texas has lots of Tolls which some are really good and worth it.
Also they had a RAV4 Hybrid which was gas Saver and solid car 2025, Yes Toyota is not comfy or luxury but Practical and reliable.
Overall recommend and will get it coming to Dallas again.”

My partner Jeff and I, recently returned to McKinney after a 16-year assignment in Australia, needed a dependable vehicle to transport moving boxes.
This trio of Hertz professionals provided service marked by exceptional efficiency, professionalism, and genuine warmth, far surpassing other rental experiences in the DFW area.
The Explorer required an oil change before the system would approve the rental, resulting in a 60-80 minute wait while the vehicle was serviced.

“This is my first time to try this company, and it is great, but a small detail. When we called the first time to collect the information, they should have told us that the person who pays, should be the same person hold the insurance. My friend and I had a different arrangement. It worked out at the end. We rented a van for 7 days, and the license plate tags where about to expire after two or three days which we noticed after signing the papers, and after inspection we notified them, so the had change it with another one, which was ok but not that clean. Overall experience is good.”
