“Extremely professional and service oriented. Have used them on 2 occasions. one for a short term 2 day rental. One for a longer term open ended. both were great rentals, the cars themselves. However the helpful attitude of the staff was even better. I've never experienced better service than this particular location. Not worth going anywhere else!”
“The car was great on gas.
But the rear end has bad vibrations proceeding over 65 mph it felt like a tire wanted to blow are the rear-end go out. The car was a new Nissan Sentra
Other than that the staff we're nice. I'm giving 4stars because of the car but staff a 5star.”
“I’ve rented here multiple times and the customer service is always great. The cars are ready to go at my appointment time and always clean. Returning the car is always a breeze and so far I’ve had no issues. I’m glad I can leave my car there for a few days and it’s been safe so far. Great location.”

“I wasn't looking forward to having to go offsiteto get my car (the airport was sold out) but it was a very pleasant experience. The gentleman made sure the car was in perfect running condition before he handed me the keys. Upon return he was quick to get the car checked in. Uber was also quick to pick me up from this location to take me to the airport.I would rent from here again if the airport was sold out.”

Mark went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of quickly and even set me up with a G-Wagon as a replacement while mine was in the shop. “We made a reservation earlier (week in adv) for a SUV at our local enterprise, they called us the day before to say they had didn't have a vehicle for us. We happen to stop by this location & they had a vehicle. The service was excellent. This location will be our go to.”

“Cortez is always so helpful and makes the whole process so easy and fast. For it to usually be one person and for it to be faster than other places that I’ve rented from says a lot. I’m literally in and out every time within like five minutes. The cars are always clean and up the park, this is like my favorite place to rent from when I need a rental fast!”
“The staff behavior was friendly and professional. I got the great deal with Costco Travel and glad that bought toll package to drive worry free as Texas has lots of Tolls which some are really good and worth it.
Also they had a RAV4 Hybrid which was gas Saver and solid car 2025, Yes Toyota is not comfy or luxury but Practical and reliable.
Overall recommend and will get it coming to Dallas again.”

“Cody, a Customer Service Representative, the male station manager, and the lady general manager (my sincere apologies for not obtaining their names or business cards) at the Hertz Plano Local Edition on US 75/Spring Creek Parkway delivered an outstanding experience during my three-week Ford Explorer rental.
My partner Jeff and I, recently returned to McKinney after a 16-year assignment in Australia, needed a dependable vehicle to transport moving boxes.
This trio of Hertz professionals provided service marked by exceptional efficiency, professionalism, and genuine warmth, far surpassing other rental experiences in the DFW area.
The Explorer required an oil change before the system would approve the rental, resulting in a 60-80 minute wait while the vehicle was serviced.
This provided an opportunity to engage in pleasant conversation with Cody, the station manager, and the general manager while completing the rental paperwork.
Each demonstrated remarkable dedication to their roles: Cody’s enthusiasm as a CSR, the station manager’s steady leadership, and the general manager’s seasoned expertise, honed over nearly two decades of service.
Their cohesive teamwork and evident enjoyment of their work made the time pass effortlessly, reflecting a well-managed operation.

“This is my first time to try this company, and it is great, but a small detail. When we called the first time to collect the information, they should have told us that the person who pays, should be the same person hold the insurance. My friend and I had a different arrangement. It worked out at the end. We rented a van for 7 days, and the license plate tags where about to expire after two or three days which we noticed after signing the papers, and after inspection we notified them, so the had change it with another one, which was ok but not that clean. Overall experience is good.”
