“When using this location - make sure to call ahead to understand when would be a good time to visit to avoid lines. The staff is very knowledgeable and feels like they are part of your team. If you can get Von - 100% recommend him. He is the first person that I know that was able to give me an exact number of how much my bill will be and he was right. He makes sure to deliver what he promised and he follows up all the way until he does. No need to project managed him like I had to do with other representatives for T-Mobile and also for Sprint before the merger.”

“Bruce and Dennis provided exceptional service! I went into the store to reactivate my father's prepaid account after the customer service line gave me the run around. They were both patient and helpful through the whole 2 hour ordeal with the customer care line. If you ever have any issues I would recommend coming to this location. I will be returning to this location in the future if I have any problems!”

“After a horrible experience with another provider I had the privilege of speaking to Diane our of South Carolina to set up service and she was so kind and made sure I had everything I needed despite me trying to rush her because I was at work. Because of my schedule she said lets get you going so you can have service in the next 2 days and will call you on your lunch to set up your phone line. Now I was not going to get a phone line because I already have amazing service but because she was so kind and professional I added a phone line. She is what customer service should be. I hope Spectrum reads this and gives her some acknowledgment.”

She helped us setup our electric, gas and garbages services. She made the whole process easy. She also gave us recommendations for internet and TV services. “This review is ONLY for Brian, the gentleman who helped me twice, when other employees and managers did next to nothing when I was trading in and upgrading my phone to the 15 pro. Brian walked me through scrubbing two old phone, both a password and billing issue, and recommended an accessory for my car they did not have, that I didn't know what type to provide. This is some of the best service I have had, regardless of service type, and you should have him replace the current "manager" who I met with on a day Brian was not present. Maybe if he was running the shop you would not be sitting at a 2.4 star rating.”
