“i would like to say thank you to the lady Sunni , this property manager left her store to come an assist me with making sure i did have access today . she did ask me if I could come tomorrow and inform her that I couldn't it would have to be today . she met me at the storage walk me thru the process made sure I knew how to lock up my unit correctly . this lady Sunni said she wasn't leaving till I was sure on how to access the gate and the unit . she did ask for a google review and I told her sure will do that for you . Accidentally exceeded my month by a day and was only charged for daily rate (Be aware that the monthly rate will attempt to process!). If I needed storage would definitely use this company again due to the daily rate option after the first month.”

It was the most pleasant experience, starting with renting the unit and prepaying online.. which, for 4 months + insurance + tax, etc, it was very cheap. There was no need to go to the office for anything, but when I did just to be sure (thinking no way it's this easy), I talked to Tatiana at the front desk and she was very nice and helpful. Recommend to anyone.”

“I just checked my bank account and my monthly fee for for my storage unit was $204!! I had previously been paying $166. In no way did they contact me to let me know about this almost 25% increase. This is the 2nd increase I have seen, but also the largest. They will try to tell you these increases are based on current rates in the area, but you would think they would go easy on their existing customers. Just goes to show they only care about the almighty dollar. It's a shame corporations have lost any care for the people who pay for their services and keep them in business.
UPDATE 08/26/25: I have been contacted by local/district managers who have reset my next three payments back to what I had been paying. They are also looking to get me an additional credit for my upcoming payment. I do appreciate the fast response and help in this matter. We shall see what my monthly payment jumps up to after the adjusted three month period.”
