“I use the mail box service at Postal Shoppe. As a traveler, I need a secure address to receive personal and business mail and packages, and hold the mail until needed. For the additional price of shipping, they package everything in one parcel and send to me at my chosen rate when requested. Saving the hassle of asking family and friends for favors. When I am in town, my box is available to check personally similar to a PO BOX around the clock. Yes, you MUST have your box number in your address, they are very clear about that when renting a box. Just make it part of the suite number. "Suite 113 #xxx". Works like a charm. The staff is helpful and cheerful over the phone to send my mail anytime I request it. If my memory is correct, my Postal Shoppe box is similarly priced to my previous P.O. Box. Takes a lot of stress out of traveling extensively.”
“I’ve been with Pack and Mail for over 10 years, and I have to say that Ms. Janie and her team are fantastic. For the past five years, while working in and out of town, they’ve always kept me informed of any important mail. Just recently, I was away and expecting an important piece of mail. They went out of their way to check my mailbox and held the mail so my daughter could pick it up. I’m so grateful to have found a personal mailbox service with such caring and professional staff.

“I paid for next-day air delivery, and my UPS package was supposed to arrive by Monday, May 19th, but it still hasn’t shown up, even though it’s now Wednesday. Despite this, Grahm Lingor, the owner of The UPS Store #306, went above and beyond to assist me. He made several calls to the distribution center to get as much information as possible and helped in every way he could. While I’m still waiting for my package, I’m extremely grateful for Grahm’s excellent customer service and dedication. Highly recommend this store for their commitment to customer satisfaction!”

“I’m having a huge issue with FedEx wrongfully billing me over $1,200 for a package I never sent. The Customer service # is absolutely trash and unhelpful. I walked in the store and Flo the manager took the time to listen to my concerns and reached out to her contacts to see if she can help resolve my issue. I really appreciate her help! ?”
“I needed to mail three bottles of wine, individually. The gentleman that assisted me did not have boxes that would work well but immediately called a supplier nearby. Unfortunately, they did not have the proper sized boxes either. Undeterred, the gentleman cut down three larger boxes to create the perfect sized boxes, then carefully and thoroughly packed my wine bottles. He was so nice and really went the extra mile to help me. I received excellent customer service and highly recommend OptaShip.”
“8/5/22: Michaela greeted me when I arrived. I explained that I needed help shipping a package, since the return label that I printed was larger than the box. She made a smaller copy of the return label and took care of it. She was very pleasant and pointed out a drop off box for any future drop offs that didn't require assistance. She made shipping a package easy, and was very nice about it. The only downside I've noticed on prior visits is that customers park in the handicap spaces without a placard or a handicap license plate. Even if only to drop off or pick up a package, handicap parking is for those who are authorized to park there.”

Not only did they handle it all and make it super easy for me, Jon called me hours later to say he fit it into an even smaller box and wanted to refund me $150!! Everyone was so kind and thoughtful and really went out of their way to help me and save me money. I would give 10 stars if I could.”
